Freedom to Insure Reviews

James is extremely pushy. He loves to harass several times on a daily basis and is very intimidating. Ever since I returned from abroad I've been snowed under with 12 hour shifts extending to 15 hours very often. I have to leave everything my locker before I start my hectic shifts. The number of calls in a day is at least 17 ! It was more than 1.5 months since I I had registered and taken out insurance with this company and yet I received no copy of my insurance police documents by post, but they were very prompt and quick to take money from me repeatedly !!!! This itself shows how trustworthy and what kind of integrity this company and its employees have. I have checked with my own friends and an ex colleague who had insurance taken out with this company. The worst. Avoid this company at all costs !

I received a call from someone name is James from freedom to insure and explained about the option for life insurance. He explained the option and he came back with options after he got all my medical condition and etc.. I told him I need to think about it and ask my other colleagues and the check the review and etc.. he told me why I need to. Heck the review and I don’t need to check the review and he pushed me to not see the review and forcing me to give him my bank details. I have him my bank details and asked him to call me next day to confirm everything if I want or not. Next day I had incident at workplace with my clients and wasn’t able to answer the phone. He left a very aggressive voice message to say that’ answer the phone and come on you know what you doing’ I was shocked when I listen to message and still I’m shock why he is so demand to have one costumer and also this is they way to treat costumers and speak with them and left very aggressive voice message. I will make a very big complain against him.

At least 4 phone calls + 4 to 5 emails and messages a day! Harassing and a nuisance company so avoid. I was going to get insurance with them but not now

Since I decided not to go with freedom to ensure I have been harassed with constant phone calls, wanting to know why I decided not to use them and what can I do to get me to use their company. I keep blocking the numbers yet I still keep being bothered.!!!!

Is there an option for No Star - When i said i am taken care by my company - they just hang it on your face. So rude - they mean only business. Very unprofessional

Jamal made it easy, it didn’t feel like an interrogation like other Insurance companies do, which delayed me getting Life Insurance in the first place. Within 20 minutes I had been given the best options and now I’m Insured. 5* Service and would highly recommend

Ella is amazing , she is really good at her Job very nice person and had a good connection and she really helped me understand about the insurance and will hopefully everything goes through.

Had a lovely phone call from freedom to insure. I highly recommend using there service as it was quick and easy no hassle no fuss. And now I'm covered. And the gentleman I spoke to by the name of Jacob was very helpful and very nice to talk to.
