Loved the ‘strong’ massage I got from the Spanish masseuse. And yes, I know I need more massages so I will be back! 😉

Had a great back, neck, and shoulder massage from Caroline! She was friendly and helped relieve a lot of my stress points on my shoulders from working at office.

I've had a lot of massages in my life, and some of them were here at Five City Spa. I've had a terrible experience on every occasion here at Five, and I am so fed up trying to give them another chance that I am now just walking away despite the fact that I'll lose money from the pre-paid massages left on my card. Mostly, the massages were performed terribly, and were not adjusted based on feedback given during the service. I also echo what others have said about the troublesome entry QR code, the lack of ambience, lack of tea, etc, etc. It's all accurate. Now I am in a very interesting position: I was emailling to make an appointment back in February, but then the person stopped responding to the emails part-way through the process... it's now May, and they still have not booked my next appointment (which I was hoping to have in February!). What an absolute disaster to treat customers like that. I really wanted this business to be a good one. I really did. We can get a lot of benefit from urban spas popping up in our cities and I had hoped this would be worth it. Unfortunately, this company does not focus on the paying customer and does not deserve any more of my time. I'm going to cut my losses and find somewhere better to go.

Superfijne plek voor massage en behandelingen

Helaas zeer slechte salon. Twee maal geweest bij verschillende masseurs en beide keren zeer onpersoonlijk en onvriendelijk. Laatste keer begon de massage ruim 10 minuten na de afgesproken tijdstip (kan gebeuren) maar was nogal abrupt op tijd klaar. Masseuse rende praktisch weg. Ook jammer dat je bij het inplannen geen voorkeur van man/vrouw kan aangeven.
