Had a great experience with Especially Roofing in terms of a roof repair, which they performed at a decent/genuine price, unlike most other roofing companies who will try to upsell. Most importantly (to me it is the essence of customer service), the people are friendly, came at the date and time they committed and did a thorough evaluation of the roof with drone photography. I will definitely use them again in the future for any roof issues!

Highly recommend. Especially Roofing are a friendly, helpful bunch who in our experience took time to communicate what they were doing as part of the job.
We had a leaking skylight on our old-style roof and Especially Roofing arrived the next day to take a look. Soon after we received a competitively priced quote to redo the fitting rather than full replacement.
On the day of the job, they arrived in a timely fashion, explained that a previous attempt to fix it made it harder to work with, but persevered and were done in good time. That night we had rain and found it wasn't quite sorted, so they came back the following day to make sure it was patched up free of charge. Taking the time to talk through the problem, and were upfront about the fact that if it didn't work that time it might be best to replace the skylight, which we agreed with. Luckily the second attempt sorted it so we've managed to delay the replacement for now.

Great experience. Spoke to Nathan initially and he came to see the job within a day of initial phone call. I'd been left in a bad situation from a previous roofer. We agreed on a price with some caveats for worse case scenario once some of the roof had been removed.
The access equipment went up as agreed and the roofing was started on the agreed date. Good lads on site, polite, willing. Job was completed quicker than expected and price reduction was given by Nathan off the back of this. Just a good experience overall. Would recommend.

From first contacting Nathan for a quote, the company has been reliable. They turned up when agreed, kept it touch & did the job quickly. It sounds obvious but I have had lots of work done in house in the last year & often communication has been a real problem. I even had a courtesy call to check that I was happy with the job. I would definitely recommend Especially Roofing to a friend

Came out straight away, replaced a roof tile so we wouldn't have a leak over christmas. Stayed in touch, arrived the arranged day. Replaced quarter of our roof, cleaned up after themselves too. Great service, would recommend.

Spot on service from Nathan and his team. We’ve got a tall Victorian house which had numerous different roofing issues. Several other roofers have refused the work as it was too difficult, but Especially Roofing have fixed everything. Really easy to deal with and responsive to any issues.

Brilliant service from start to finish, we rang up as we had water leaking in on Sunday and they've managed to fit us in on Tuesday. They've redone the felt roof for our bay window and redone 27 slate tiles too.
