Why does a headache - शिर: शूल - happen? शिरो कोष्ठे चरति वायु पित्तोकफोबली - when vata aggravated by pitta and kapha dosha gets into the minute empty spaces of head. This leads to capillary actions. Giving severe headaches. We at Dr Ila's Ayurveda cure it by pacifying kapha and pitta by natural drugs without any side-effects. Nasal mucosa also plays a important role to cure such migraines. We do Nasya for that. Again we are grateful that you have followed our unique ayurveda protocols and reasearch products that helps to control headaches like migraine, occipital headache, trigeminal neuralgia, sinusitis, tension headache, cluster headache, sleep apnea headache.

I think you have remained very very dedicated to your treatment. 2 meals a day, in between fruit every 4 hours, and some liquid every 2 hours. This is the combination for your weight loss. this combination works for most of my patients. No diet just simple and conscious living.
