I visited Dr Aesthetica Medical Aesthetic Clinic a few months ago, and honestly, all I can say is that the service was absolutely top tier!
My consultation was with Dr Baldeep Farmah, who talked me through the whole procedure and made me feel completely at ease. He was so warm, welcoming and professional, which was especially important to me as this was my first ever aesthetic procedure.
I’m honestly so happy I chose Dr Aesthetica. I wanted to look like me, just a little fresher and more youthful, and that’s exactly what Dr Farmah achieved. It’s subtle, natural and I still feel like myself, just a few years fresher!
What I love most is that it honestly seems like the results have continued to improve over time. I couldn’t be happier with how I look and would definitely recommend Dr Aesthetica to anyone considering an aesthetic treatment.

I’ve been seeing Dr Farmah for some time now, and what stands out most is his knowledge, honesty and genuine desire to achieve the best possible result.
Before coming here, I didn’t realise filler could be used in some of the areas we’ve treated or how subtle changes in one area can improve the overall balance of the face. Dr Farmah’s experience means he can assess things I simply wouldn’t have considered myself and offer solutions while being realistic about what can and can’t be achieved.
There has never been a “silver bullet”. Each treatment has built on the previous one, and looking back at where I started, I’ve come such a long way and I’m genuinely so happy with my results.
For me, looking after your appearance is an investment and can be a real gateway to greater confidence. Importantly, Dr Farmah is not pushy — actually, quite the opposite. He has clear guardrails and isn’t afraid to say no or rein things in when necessary. That gives me a lot of confidence in him.
I’ve seen reviews where people say they went in wanting one thing and Dr Farmah suggested that other areas might also benefit from attention. That approach might not suit everybody, but personally, it’s one of the reasons I go to him. If I already knew exactly what needed doing and how to do it, I wouldn’t need his expertise. I want an experienced professional to look at the bigger picture and give me an honest assessment, even when it isn’t necessarily what I expected to hear.
His technique is incredibly precise and intricate — he really is an artist with a needle. Safety and cleanliness are also top-notch, and the reception and clinical staff have always been knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly.
At this point, I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Over time, Dr Farmah has built up a detailed understanding of my face, my concerns, what we’ve already treated and what I’m trying to achieve. That continuity and trust would be very difficult for another clinic to replicate.
Most of all, a massive thank you to Dr Farmah for tolerating my endless questions! They’re always answered with the same precision and attention to detail that he brings to his work. I’m extremely happy to recommend him.

Beth is amazing! She is very thorough and in depth with her assessment and treatment. Unfortunately I couldn’t attend last session as an emergency came up and I didn’t live in Birmingham and they wanted to charge me for rescheduling the appointment as it was slightly out of the 72 hours notice, which I wasn’t going to pay after paying nearly £900.
Question is, do I believe the treatment works, I think it helps, but I used it with other treatments, and the fact that the ad uses hair models had me questioning whether it actually works.

The doctor was polite and provided excellent advice, selecting top-quality products perfectly suited to my skin type. She also had a very gentle touch during the procedure. I really liked the experience and will definitely return.

I’ve never had quite such a wonderful experience - I’ve never been treated with such respect and genuine concern and kindness.This was my first time seeking treatment for any thing cosmetic. I have always been fairly self conscious about my looks, and being fairly anxious I was very nervous coming in. I was immediately greeted with warmth and a smile. Everyone at this practice made me feel incredibly safe and in good hands
From the get go. Dr Farmah truly listened to me; he clearly saw me and I what I wanted. I couldn’t believe when he spent nearly an hour of his time making sure I was fully comfortably; making sure I was fully heard and knew all of the details. I wasn’t initially going to go in there for a treatment that day for dermal fillers, but I decided anyway I would do due to feeling in incredibly good hands. I am so glad that I did go ahead with it. I felt very emotional after the procedure, overwhelming to say the least when I saw the difference it made to my appearance but mainly how warmly I was treated. The relief I felt was so nice
I honestly couldn’t possibly recommend this clinic any higher - if you want to truly be seen and heard, then please don’t hesitate to use Dr Farman, he is really wonderful Dr.

I’m a beauty therapist and have worked in a clinical background for nearly 20 years. I’m 40 now and have been having Botox since I was 26 years of age.
Dr A is the best I’ve experienced, he had a tricky job with mine as I got my eyebrows tattooed and they are not even but with his amazing expertise he has managed to even them out.
His bedside manner is the best I’ve ever experienced.
He goes out of his way to make to feel comfortable and is very professional.
He is also the most gentle I’ve experienced, i could barely feel a thing.
I can’t recommend him enough.
