I found from start to finish my experience with Downs carpets and Beds first class nothing was to much trouble and very knowledgeable of there products. The carpet fitters were very experience friendly and helpful.

A truly great experience.
The team in the shop were very helpful, it took a while to find the right carpet as the one we had in mind (seen elsewhere) had been discontinued. They checked to see which manufacturers had a similar carpet. The one we chose was perfect.
The fitting team did an excellent job and were very professional.
All in all a very good experience we will be back

AMAZING service! Our carpet fitters arrived today (special mention to Stretch, Ray, Kevin and Paul). In the space of four hours this amazing team managed to carpet our entire house - 5 bedrooms, landing, sitting room etc!! They worked without taking breaks and the whole house now looks so nice! All done without any fuss or drama. I highly recommend them.

Kev, Ash & Mark, our fitters, have been brilliant. Working at light-speed, they've been thorough, meticulous and professional. It's not every group of tradespeople that you'd be happy to recommend, especially in a predominantly female office environment but these three were respectful, thoughtful and good company to have around. We'd be glad to have them back and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. Thank you.

We have found this company to be excellent with their service and with great recommendations for carpets in relevant rooms. So our latest purchase for lounge and 2 flights of stairs and landings. Process was well explained and nothing seemed too much trouble. The fitters were exceptional !

Thank you for getting all the carpets all sorted, you have been brilliant Simon, its been a pleasure and I appreciate you always being quick to communicate and answer any questions. I am very pleased I came back to you after 18 years! Stress free process and quality carpets and good honest prices! Barry the carpet measuring guy was prompt and has a nice friendly and polite manner. The fitters Kevin & Paul are nice chaps too. All in all a great team from start to finish. Spoke to Simon and he was very helpful and accommodating, explaining how the prices worked and what the best underlay was for our particular situation.

Downs were brilliant, we will be back next time we need a carpet. We got three new carpets all supplied and fitted by Downs. When the sitting room carpet turned out to be supplied too short (a manufacturer's fault) they sorted out the problem in 2 days. Simon was also very patient when we kept having to delay the fitting date due to various headaches with the bedroom renovation. Thank you to Simon for all his help and patience during the delayed building work.
