I gave Craig a call and stopped into the store on very short notice for tile I basically needed within 24 hours. Even though he didn’t have the tile I needed in stock, he went above and beyond trying to locate someplace that did. Craig, your time is very much appreciated and even though I didn’t buy from you this time, I will be back bc you were so very patient and willing to take time out of your day. Thanks again.

From the start of my home remodeling project to completion, working with everyone at Floor Decor was a complete delight. Craig and Tara were terrific helping me pick out the perfect carpet and gave me ample time to make my choices without any pressure. And, when I made some last-minute remodeling design changes, that affected the carpet layout, Craig and his installers worked with my carpenter to ensure everything turned out just right. This is my second time using Floor Décor and I am always impressed with their quality and service. I highly recommend Craig, Tara and the rest of the team there and I look forward to working with them all again in the future.

As a first-time homeowner, Craig and Floor Decor have been a beacon of support and advice for us. We unexpectedly bought a home and were under tremendous pressure to get moved in before winter. As a result, we were on a limited schedule (and hence budget) to remove carpeting from a large living room area, as well as a master bedroom, hallway and smaller bedroom, and replace it with flooring. We went out to the showroom and Craig took us under his wing. From the get-go, he guided our decision-making process on a plethora of details. We laughed, we cried... it was better than CATS.
Craig gave us samples to take home to ensure that we loved our choices, came out to our property to assess our project and take measurements, was open to any questions and was beyond patient with us. We ordered ALL of our flooring from Floor Decor and had them do the installation for our master bedroom. (The only reason we didn't have them do the install for everything was because we decided to incorporate radiant floor heating in some areas.)
Craig's honesty and willingness to accommodate the twists and turns our project took showed that Craig actually gave a s*** about quality work, as well as customer satisfaction. Even with some bumps in the road, we came out of our experience with gorgeous floors and someone we now consider a friend. Everyone that Floor Decor sent to work on our floors, from the delivery guys to the installers, were professional and lovely.
I wake up every morning to a beautiful view... of our gorgeous herringbone floors. They spark joy like Marie Kondo wouldn't believe. We are grateful for Craig holding our hands throughout this experience and are confident that we will work with Floor Decor again. We can't wait for our next project with Craig and Glenn. We used Floor Decor to rip out an old, dirty carpet from our downstairs area and install a new luxury vinyl floor. Glen was so helpful, came to our house for a measurement and was very knowledgeable about what would work best for us. The rest of their staff was great as well. The installers were on time, professional and clean. They were able to rip up the carpet and install the floor in the same day in about 6-7 hours. Definitely recommend using them for any of your floor/decor needs!

Purchased my vinyl flooring from Floor Decor of Rockville Centre. Working with Glenn was effortless. beautiful product samples to choose from and great design suggestions. Installation day came and his team of Don, Paul and Kieran worked tirelessly to correct flaws once old floor taken up. They were excellent and the floor came out beautiful. I went into Floor Decor to look for an area rug. From the time I walked in to the final laying of the carpet, this store has been incredibly honest, professional and a pleasure to work with. Glen has been accommodating and helpful. His staff that came to lay the carpet, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful and offered their suggestions as well, which is what I needed. My carpet looks outstanding. I will be using them again for my next project.
