Jesse and his crew are outstanding. They are meticulous about details and worked in a timely way to get the job done. We’ve had Desert Crest do two large scale projects in our yard and both of them left us certain we’d chose the exact right people for the job. Jesse is very responsive to any concerns and they made suggestions for design changes along the way that absolutely improved the end result. While some contractors are busy upselling you, Jesse made suggestions that didn’t put more money in his pocket, they just made sure the finished project looked fantastic. The efficiency of how they executed our job was impressive. We always had someone working and you could feel the constant momentum toward a transformed yard. A very, very positive experience. Would not hesitate recommending desert crest.

I hired Desert Crest back in April 2020 to build a water fountain feature in my patio, which has been the envy of all my neighbors. I have enjoyed my early evenings relaxing in cooler weather listening to the sound of my waterfall over a glass of wine. Fast forward two years later and I observed the waterfall feature was no longer flowing as it originally did. Something was off and wasn't sure if it was under warranty. I immediately called Jesse expressing my concerns and he didn't hesitate to come over to assess what was happening. He and his team were able to identify the root-cause and without any questioning called his crew into action to fix my water fountain. I am so grateful for his and his team's professionalism and for their diligence in ensuring the matter was addressed. What an absolutely amazing experience! We wanted to completely renovate our front and back yards. Jack, Chuck, and Jesse made sure our yard is literally the envy of the neighborhood. The only thing we kept was the mailbox! We had three companies come out to bid the project, and Desert Crest was head and shoulders above the rest. Jack spent a lot of time with us listening to what we wanted. Jack and Chuck worked with us until we had a plan that was exactly what we needed. We felt understood and well guided. Picking out finishes was an easy task - we loved all the options. Chuck designed a fire pit, water feature, artificial turf, putting green, and outdoor kitchen - along with infrastructure drainage, plantings, hardscape, and lighting. The work was started on time and finished a few weeks ahead of schedule. Jesse kept in contact with us constantly so we knew what was coming up. There were workers on site daily except for rainy days and a few weekends. Everyone who worked on the project was so professional, and the work site was cleaned up each day. Even once the project was "finished", we have had excellent customer service. Two plantings that died were quickly replaced. Anything that needed to be finished up from the punch list was attended to quickly. Even the things we added last minute - new driveway and trash can screen - were done quickly and treated as if it was no problem. We have not regretted one dollar that we spent. We have used our backyard more in the past 6 months than we have in the past 50 years. I cannot recommend Desert Crest highly enough.

Great company and excellent customer service

The Project: 2,500 square feet of travertine paver, custom fire pit, custom aluminum pergola, water feature, stone facing of existing BBQ island. Our background: I worked in residential construction from laborer to finish carpenter. 40 years in hospital work including serving as the Owner's Rep on construction projects. My wife and I have had three houses built and two extensively renovated. I would describe myself as having high expectations. Outcome: Excellent quality. On time. Less than 2% variance in cost due to issues that came up during the project (issues nearly always occur during renovation projects). All issues/questions resolved quickly and fairly to our mutual satisfaction. The Rating: We rate Desert Crest and Jesse Inzunza as a 10 on a 1-10 scale.
