I am grateful that I was directed to Dansker & Aspromonte for representation in an injury case. Mr. Hoffer was honest and thorough. He never ceased to be fully convinced about liability in the face of defendants claiming it was completely my fault. Defense counsel came to dislike me personally for criticizing their ridiculous questions. Additionally, I can't respond to a question with a simple yes or no. Coupled with me having been a defense attorney briefly decades ago, I was not an easy client to represent. My inquiries always were promptly responded to. He even forwarded a request from me regarding the settlement at the last minute that was approved. I was hit by a car. Unfortunately the driver was underinsured. Dansker and Aspromonte were able to get a settlement for the maximum insurance amount. They were very helpful in getting the very high medical expenses covered. They guided me through the very difficult process of dealing with Medicare.
