This was a good location for access to Chester. However the property itself was very disappointing with regards the poor condition of many areas of the property. It didn’t feel like a home, it felt more like good student accommodation.

We found the property as described with all mod cons in a quiet road with local shops and pubs nearby. Centre of historic Chester was a 10 minute walk. We found getting out of Chester to drive to Liverpool or North Wales very convenient.

Nice stay in a nice little house. Street was quiet during our stay and the walk into Chester from the property was not too far for us to manage. Comfy beds and nice kitchen and bathroom . Ideal to be able to park in a space right at front of property.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 young children for a trip to Chester zoo & the aquarium. Its in a great location & the house was lovely & well presented. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not worth the money. good location for the city centre but fittings and furniture poor quality and some things didnt work such as the bathroom light. Bed slats on one bed were broken and despite saying we had seven people there was no bedding supplied for the sofa bed. Underneath the coffee table and inside the sofa bed was dirty so no deep clean.

This property is in a great location 15 mins walk from the city centre and close to 3 local pubs. It was clean and the perfect size for 3 of us having a double room each. It lacks kitchen essentials so if you want to cook bring along your own salt, pepper, oil etc. It’s also owned by a company rather than a private host so an issue we had was dealt with via email by lots of different people and, whilst they replied promptly, it took a while to resolve.

It was a decent stay, but during our stay, the house next door was being refurbished which meant loud knockings early every morning during our stay.

We (a group of 7 - 6 adults and a kid) stayed at property for 3 nights starting 28th May. The stay was good. The house was clean. Most of the bathroom essentials (shampoo, body wash, body lotion/moisturizers, soap) were provided. The kitchen was organized. The beds were comfortable. Not to forget the parking space which was big enough to accommodate both of our cars. All the essential shops like Co-op, Tesco were easily accessible from the property.
However, a few things that could have been taken care prior to our stay are,
1) There were not enough cooking utensils and a couple of them were leaking
2) The upstairs bathroom lock was broken
3) No hand wash liquid was provided in the bathrooms
4) No dishwasher tablets were provided
Last but not the least, we felt that the house can only accommodate a maximum of 6 instead of 8 (as one would see on the website).

Had a lovely 3 night stay here, the accommodation was lovely and clean and well equipped! Lovely comfortable beds, plenty of clean towels.
Only a short 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in Chester.

Unfortunately the photos posted of this property were not a true representation of how we found it. Many of the homely touches were not present and the house had much more of a student house feel to it.
The smell of stale smoke was immediate as you entered the property and numerous area were not even cleaned to a basic standard, and certainly not an enhanced clean as stated.
A number of area of furniture were damaged, cracks were visible in walls and a light fitting exposed.
We contacted the management company to raise concerns and were informed we would receive a response but over a week later we have not been contacted again.
The location is great and the details of check in were very helpful.
