A well located, quaint stay in Chester much enjoyed by our group of 7. Spacious, warm, and perfect for our long weekend trip to Chester. A few concerns were raised with the host, but were responded to very quickly. Great communication!

Great location that is close to city centre, has all the facilities that you would need during your stay, very clean and you’ll get plenty of communication from host. The only negatives were trying to find a parking space and the noise from the garage over the road could be quite loud at times. But overall I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

My family and I were seriously disappointed with this house, the worst Air BnB experience we have had. It looked so nice in the pictures, but this was not reflected in reality. The house is on a fairly run down road, opposite a car garage. It reminds of a student house that has been renovated on a low budget to try and look modern. The downstairs toilet did not flush properly and smelt bad, there was big stain on the master bed cover, crack in the bathroom ceiling that is starting to come down in a small area. Beds are lumpy and uncomfortable and blinds on the windows extremely cheap blocking out virtually no light. Very very overpriced for the standard. We disliked it so much, we decided to only stay for one night rather than two as we had planned. On the positive side, communication with the owner/property company was very good and once we explained our issues, they were very apologetic and promised to address the issues we highlighted. The house is quite spacious, so once brought up to standard, maybe it will be better.

Great little spot for all our sightseeing; I just hope you’re not driving an SUV :) This was a great, cosy house for myself and 3 children to stay. We were doing lots of tours around the area to Chester Zoo, The Ice Cream Farm and The Monkey Forest which were all excellent too. The house was clean and well presented with lots of space and comfortable beds. Exactly what we required! Just be prepared to have to reverse out the street which was pretty narrow and crowded by the time we were getting home. On the last night, we just parked at the end of the street and walked down. Made life a bit easier the next morning.

Great property in a fab location. Very stylish and comfortable 😊 they kindly allowed us to check out a little later at some extra cost.
