Very comfortable and well decorated apartment. I only had two disappointments, one of the bathrooms doesnt work. And the host informed me of the wrong address, I had all the embarrassment to find the apartment. A little dissatisfied with everything that happened. But the apartment is beautiful

Perfect flat to stay in Chester. Also perfect hosts! A must!

Great location only a few minutes walk into the city centre and would be perfect for the races whilst the zoo was only a 10 minute drive away. Flat is very well presented and tidy and looks great with a very easy check in / out, but the pillows werent great and meant disturbed nights. Would certainly use this again for another visit to Chester but would bring my own pillows.

Great location, easy walk into the town centre. Lovely position with the balcony overlooking to the river which was great to sit out on. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Checkin wasn't ideal experience though for a couple of reasons: - the company had given another party the wrong check-in info so they turned up at our door claiming they were staying in the same apartment. This was uncomfortable and had to be sorted out with the host. - There was no cot provided as listed in the amenities. We probably should have double checked, but this wasn't our main issue. The main issue is that when getting in touch about this their comms were horrendous. They claimed they would try and get it sorted and get back to us shortly, then an hour later we had to phone back and they said they couldn't help. They clearly hadn't made any effort. On my partner being a bit more forceful they eventually dropped of a travel cot. Not sure why they had to make this so burdensome (3 phone calls). With Airbnb, a company doing the hosting, and the cost of the stay, you do expect more polite and helpful comms.

The apartment was just as good as in the photos. It is very upmarket and in a great position. The on site car parking was a bonus. Lovely balcony overlooking the river. Perfect for evening drinks in the sun. Would highly recommend

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a waterfront complex, with parking just 10 minute walk from Chester center. The centrally located 2nd floor apartment has everything you need to settle in for several days of sightseeing. The living room terrace opens up onto the river and lovely greenery. The bedrooms are roadside and although road noise was an issue for us (we kept our window open) our daughter had no issue sleeping (she kept her window closed) One bathroom has a shower, the other a tub. We had a couple of glitches which were resolved by the manager straight away. Top notch communication. A Tesco superstore is an 8 minute walk. Pubs and restaurants all within 10-15 minutes walk. Great place.

Great apartment, very stylish and spacious. Lovely balcony overlooking the river, perfect for a sunny day! Lovely open plan living, smart TV was also a bonus. We used taxis to get into the city as we had 2 children so a little too far to walk, only 5 mins in the car. Overall a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay. Nice touches to the apartment made it feel so welcoming. Very clean and spacious. Location is great, short walk to central Chester. Would absolutely recommend!
