Lovely clean house and a brilliant host!

Big house in the suburbs of Chester - half an hour walk to the train station. It was nice and warm. It's managed by a company - Noki Stays - so there was A LOT of communication before we went (including an external check-in form requiring ID details to be supplied and terms and conditions to be signed). It was clean but you could tell the house had had a lot of previous visitors - a few scuffs on walls/stains on carpets etc.

Lovely house and great Host, we booked this for my colleagues who were working in the local area. We would definitely book to stay again :-)

Stayed for 2 nights, was a lovely accommodation. And only 11 minute drive to Chester Zoo. Only problem was a very small drive and on a main road so nowhere to park but other then that lovely house.

Great house in a great location. Chris was quick to respond, helpful and flexible when we needed to add dates to our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great Accommodation

This was a great house for a family with lots of room inside and outside the house. Everything was very clean.

Great place

Overall good accommodation, spacious and good for groups. Centrally located to Chester town and Chester zoo. Could do with a little updating and a few fixes here and there and would recommend the host leaving some cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets and black bags for guests. All in all a good stay and as described on the listing.

Fantastic location and all the facilities you will ever need, recommend highly. Would definitely come back.

This property may well be the most spacious and ideally located Airbnb that we have stayed in. Also, Chris and the team made sure to keep in contact to ensure our comfort and to provide any assistance that we may need. We had a lovely getaway at this Airbnb and would gladly stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great place to stay. Four singles adults staying for work purposes. Plenty room, clean and easy check in and out. Would definitively recommend.

Our family of 5 adults stayed at this lovely house for about 24 nights, over Christmas 2020 and into the New Year. We were in lockdown and effectively restricted to the house for most of our visit. However, there was sufficient space for us all, and it was very comfortable. The house is clean and well maintained. Our hosts were really approachable and accommodating, meeting additional requests as an when they were made. It is in a practical residential location, readily accessible from the motorway and there are nearby out of town shopping centres close by. It appears like there would have been lots to see and do out-with a lockdown period. There are country parks and beaches within a short driving distance. As it was, we did enjoy walking the city walls, the immediate local area and canal paths, as well as visiting the nearby Chester Zoo before it was shut. We would be delighted to return to this house in the future to be able to explore the area more fully.

Lovely large house with lovely decor in a good location. Clean throughout. Only complaint is there were no cleaning products (such as spray or alcohol gel) that were available (or if there were we didn’t find them) which in a time like this was a little annoying.

Very nice Accommodation would recommend for anyone to stay will definitely stay here again when we work back in this area, Very helpful accidentally booked our reservation to start a day earlier than needed was no problem for Chris to refund me after I’d realised could have Easily said no as the day had already passed 👍
