Nice quiet location, ideally placed for all the attractions around Chester and just a 30 minute walk into the centre of Chester.

The house was as shown on the pictures if not better. Super clean and newly renovated. We had everything that we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped, just couple of bigger pots would be useful. Felt like being in your own home.

A lovely base for a few days away with my family of 4 in Chester. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the estate was quiet which meant we all slept really well. The owner / property management company responded to my queries very quickly and were extremely helpful.

Lovely house. Off street parking on drive (little bit tight - but did the job!). Entry with the key code, little alarm goes off as you enter. Walk into the hallway with stairs, kitchen and downstairs bathroom off it. Kitchen is well equipped (no freezer just an FYI), washing up liquid and other cleaning products in the kitchen. Utility off the kitchen with a washing machine (one of our top wants with two children). Outside there was a little garden and seating area. The living room has a sofa bed and a TV with Netflix on. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with en-suite and a family bathroom. Good storage in all rooms. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows and blankets! Both bathrooms clean with surplus toilet roll and shower gel and shampoo. Shower in en-suite was very nice and hot. Spotless throughout, good fast communication with the host. The house is semi detached and there is a young family next door.. we were woken up at 6am the first morning as their baby was crying (but we are used to this time... the next day our son woke us up at 530!) - just an FYI! Parking is quite tight on the road, I think you may struggle if you came in two cars with parking. Otherwise, really nice clean home - would definitely visit again.

Great place to stay. Very close to the centre of Chester. Nice house, plenty of room for the 4 adults in our group. Lovely kitchen with pretty much everything you would need. Super comfy beds and really easy check in. Great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Five minutes away from cheater zoo. The house is in a lovely quiet housing estate. Bright, clean and fresh inside with a nice garden that catches the sun. Good value for money would definately choose to stay there again.

Brilliant stay

The house is in the perfect location for Chester Zoo (5 min drive) and Cheshire Oaks (10 min drive). It was immaculately clean and had all the amenities you could require for a very comfortable stay. We would definitely book again if we were planning another stay in the area.

Great place to stay

Perfectly located less than 2 miles from Chester zoo this is a well kept, and very clean property. Nice touches in terms of mini toiletries in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Not enough place settings for a family of 5, but we made do! Nice small garden to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sun with a glass of wine or two. Chris and the team were always very prompt to respond to our queries, and gave us notice when a scheduled repair was due to call. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Lovely home from home, excellent location for visiting Chester! Small green areas and parks within a minute or twos walk too.

Stayed in August 2020. The place was extremely clean and as described. Fairly central as a taxi into the centre of town only takes 5-10 minutes. Great stay.

Booked this house as it’s listed as close to Chester Zoo and it was perfect. Felt more reassured parking the car on a drive also. When we arrived we realised there was no hair dryer as listed and also the tv had no aerial lead. I rang the helpline and they said they’d have both sorted that evening. We went out for a meal (at Cheshire Oaks which also just round the corner) and by the time we got back the tv was sorted and a brand new hair dryer. Property catered well and everything was spotless.
