Would stay again , handy location

The house is an adequate place to put your head down for the night but it's not really a place where you can socialize in a big group. The living room area is very small and it was very cramped for seven guests so with twelve it would be impossible. There are also quite a few issues with the house. The WiFi didn't work for the entirety of our stay, and even after the maitenence team came out to fix it and put a new router in, it still didn't work. The showers were really poor, the temperature and pressure of the water was all over the place. There were quite a few dirty dishes in the cupboards when we arrived and there was also rubbish left under the table. The blinds were broken in the large bathroom which meant they didn't quite shut properly. And the carpet on the stairs appeared to be quite loose. Overall I don't think this property is worth the price. It's fine for a place to stay and nothing more but not good for a group of friends on holiday.

Came down for a weekend at the races and stayed here. Perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location

The property was in a brilliant location for a family trip to Chester to visit the zoo and aquarium. With a park located opposite and shops, cafes and restaurants just down the road. However, the decor was tired and there are some diy projects that need to be finished off following a clear leak in the bathroom. With some love and care in the decoration and more thorough clean it would have been a perfect stay.

Great house in a great location. The host sent over all the information we needed and was very helpful. I think this is good value for money.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare as there is only on road parking so youll end up parking up the road, not the end of the world but a bit thrustrating when needing to unload the car in the p***ing rain. There are 2 bathrooms which both have showers, both of which are next to useless for showering. The lounge is not ideal unless there is only 2 of you as it is very snug. We were told there was a dishwahser there but wasnt, again not the end of the world but a bit disappointing. Property overall could do with a referb but does a job if just needing somewhere to put your head down. We got this property for 4 nights for 5 of us + 1 infant instead of another property that was offered to us discounted as the original property we booked became unavailable after we booked, I wouldn't pay the full price this property is listed for.

Fab property, just a tad small living room/kitchen when you have a large group staying. Host was extremely attentive and couldn’t help us anymore if they tried! Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic location for the local bars restaurants in Hoole and a short walk in to Chester , plenty of street parking had everything we needed and was clean,only problem was with the shower changing temp and pressure but wouldn’t deter us from staying again!!!

Lovely location- a stone's throw from an assortment of cafés, shops and restaurants. Easy walk into the centre of Chester.

Great location for Chester itself and the zoo (which was the reason we were staying!) We had a family of 8 adults and a toddler, sadly this is a great place to sleep and nothing else. We struggled to all sit in the kitchen at once and some of us had uncomfortable wooden chairs to sit on. No dining area as I expected. Plus the shower leaked into the downstairs bedroom. Have been promised they are going to sort this. Cooker and fridge freezer very small. So better if you plan on eating out all the time, which we did not. Bedrooms all clean and tidy. Beds are huge, but as they join together, you can end up falling down the middle gap. Probably more suited to groups who just want a place to sleep and nothing more. Too many texts received passing on info when I was trying to avoid my phone and enjoy my much needed family time.

Good house for groups although given a terraced house need to be conscious of the neighbors. Clean and tidy. Check in and out all fine. Showers a little slow at times but that’s the only fault.

Could do better with the bathroom facility (Shower x 2 was broken) Clean rooms and towels Prime and Netflix available Local pubs and shop nearby

Great house. Lovely sized bedrooms, quiet area with lots of shops, bars, eateries and coffee shops and only a short walk into Chester city centre. Definitely plan to come back and would book again - Chris is a great host and the communication all through was excellent.

This was a fantastic location and my kids and other family loved it and we’ve visited Chester Zoo and many other parks and farms and we had this experience all because of you and we thank you very much. It’s safe for our kids and all the people around us was very kind and polite. Thank you very much for this experience once again. And the price was very reasonable.

Good location, only a walking distance to the town center and clean home.

The house is nice and in a good area, it is very comfortable and in good condition, but to accommodate twelve they would need to be family members. Very comfortable for eight or even ten.
