Great location

Great location in middle of Chester. Travelling from Glasgow work related. The room was very spacious and good size tv. WiFi is good and good enough shared kitchen. The only issue I had was noise from neighbours seemed to here every foot step TVs etc. Also the pipe work and toilet system would make funny noises all night which also effected my sleep. Communication from staff was excellent checking everything was ok and on hand for any issues

The place was fine for what I needed for 1 night but do not think I could do longer. It is more like a fairly basic hotel room but without the other facilities a hotel offers. It was perfectly comfortable and clean but quite small, particularly the bathroom which is made to look much bigger in the photo. There isn’t really a desk to work at only a small bedside table and a shelving system on the wall. As other reviews have stated the waste water system is extremely loud when you flush the toilet and when showering. Also I think they need to sort the doors out or at the very least put signs up to tell people not to allow them to slam as they reverberate through the whole building hence woken very early by other people in the block letting their doors slam shut. The shared kitchen area was decent enough although under current climate with Covid I decided not to use the shared space. However I would of liked a coffee when I got up and as there was a nespresso machine I was going to make one. However no coffee pods were provided. I think that would be a decent touch to leave a couple of nespresso pods in each room with the other instant tea and coffee. All in all clean and comfortable but overpriced for what you get, but it is central Chester I suppose. In hindsight I would have preferred a hotel room which I could have probably got for a similar price.

Although this is advertised as an 'entire place to yourself', with a kitchen, it is not. It is a single room, with a kitchen that is shared with between three rooms. During the current pandemic, we would not have booked this place, had we known this.

Cheaper than most but for a reason. Extremely loud plumbing and the toilet is right next to the bed. Using the flush, shower or sink results in the pipes screaming very loudly. Location is great. The flat itself is not. Next time would prefer to pay a little more for something a little less gross, hot and noisy

Great location for Chester city and very comfortable.

Great studio in a central location. Chris and his team were very quick with their responses when I was booking, I had no issues whatsoever. The shower was a little bit on the small side but still absolutely fit for purpose. This was place is great value for a city centre location. Thanks for having me! Will definitely be back.

Extremely clean studio, excellent central location with good transport links, shops, attractions and cafes nearby, smooth check-in and check-out. Bathroom very small, specifically the shower area; nevertheless rain shower is very good. Water pipes very loud when in the shower, flushing the toilet and running taps. Neighbours can be noisy.

A nice clean room, in a very good location. The bathroom is very small, the shared kitchen is fine (but could do with a kettle, there’s one in the room but that’s up some stairs from the kitchen). Also I’d recommend bringing earplugs if staying there on a Friday night, there’s a club across the road that you can hear in the room. The property manager is very helpful and quick to respond to requests.
