We recently installed a 10 x 4m fun compass ceramic pool and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all our questions. They offered expert advice on everything from the best location for the pool on our plot to the right size and setup for our needs—including the addition of auto dosing and a turbine, which have made a huge difference. Our site wasn’t the easiest, but the team was flexible and worked around our specific requirements with no fuss. The handover process was also seamless. As first-time pool owners, we really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. They made it easy for us to feel confident in managing and maintaining the pool. Wow! These guys are lightening quick - and quality looks great - wasn't expecting to have a pool fully operational and installed in two weeks in the middle of winter. Hats off to Penny and Mike for doing such a quick, organised job with the installation - super impressive. Thank you also to Tracy - top sales skills. We now have a pool ready for Spring just need to get the rest of the landscaping sorted. Thank you Compass Team.

The whole team at Compass were brilliant from start to finish. Initially we did a lot of analysis of their competitors in the market, but we went ahead with Compass who to us seemed the best by a long way. Sheila was really lovely and so helpful throughout the whole process. The team were building our pool just before lockdown started and they went the extra mile to complete all of the works so the pool was up and running just before we all went into lockdown - such a treat! Now 4 years on our pool is used daily and adored by all the family and our friends too. Compass are always on hand if we need any help with anything, though we haven't needed much so far. Long may that continue. A huge thank you to everyone at Compass.

Great company and would thoroughly recommend. Sheila was friendly and helpful from the start of the process and made me aware of the options along with sending over previous projects to help me decide. The end result looks fantastic, I’m so glad we went with the one piece pool and although we have only just finished the garden and not managed to use the pool much in this weather it will be so much fun in the summer so we cannot wait!

Waterstream and particularly Sheila have been excellent from start to finish. We had the pool installed over winter, with the worst weather. The guys onsite didn’t stop even working through hailstone! We trusted the process through the mud and have been rewarded with a fabulous pool which we have enjoyed this first season. Waterstream service dept have always been on hand to answer my questions, as a new pool owner their advice is invaluable. Overall a professional, friendly company who deliver an excellent product.

Penny and Mike made the whole process of choosing, installing and maintaining our new swimming pool a pleasure. The quality not only of the product but also their work is amazing and we can't recommend them highly enough.

We decided to use Compass based on the experience of friends who recommended them. The initial meetings were straightforward and Nick was helpful in terms of explaining the various options and how the installation process would work. When the time came for excavation and installation of the pool, Penny and Mike made a preliminary visit and explained the timeline and what we could expect. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient! They make a great team and we couldn’t believe the range of skills they possess between them. Nothing was too much trouble and obstacles were only ever met with solutions. They worked very long hours in some tricky conditions but always had a smile on their faces! We couldn’t be more thrilled with the finish and feel very lucky to have had such professionals working on the project.

Avoid this company! Our pool has gone wrong every other month since installation. A myriad of problems with the pool system and lighting. Now the lights do not work at all since their last “fix”. Now they say they cannot fix the lights and basically that is that - suffer without them - but don’t worry “we will come and disconnect them for you”. They hardly ever call back when there is a problem, their guys just show up out of the blue and nothing seemingly gets fixed for more than a few days. Avoid this company they are cowboys, our experience has been terrible.

We love our pool. The process was efficient and smooth. The installation was amazing - really fast and Penny and Mike were exceptional. They really listened and were reassuring and helpful at all stages of the installation. It was a pleasure to have them working in the garden as they are clearly a great team. Thank you!!

When we decided to install a pool, Penny helped us through the specification and costing process with sensible advice and a detailed project plan. The installation ran to time, despite particularly awful winter weather. Penny and Mike did a great job - they are hardworking, thoughtful and were a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with our new pool and look forward to making the most of it this summer!

i procured a pool from compass on a new construction house we built. the house was considerably delayed, but compass were extremely good and accommodating the moving timelines. now the pool is in we are totally delighted with it, stunning aesthetic but also the kit is state of the art and all online via an app they really take the hassle out of up keeping a pool which i was dreading. re the resign of the pool, you are really left with the feeling they really know about pools and whats important. we were going to build one bespoke but we would never have thought of the little design touches that make is so user friendly. i rarely write reviews, but these guys really deserve it, rarely these days do you come across top notch suppliers that are also not too expensive. top service too, shout out to sheila, thank you..

Penny and Mike of Compass in Kent did a fantastic job - professional, experienced, confidence building (for first time pool owners!) and always on time/always doing exactly what they said they would from first meeting and good advice through to final installation, handover and explanations of maintaining the pool. dealt expertly with difficult access, a narrow lane, a big crane lift (with high winds) along the way. Thoroughly recommend them. Great product, great finish.
