The appearance of my legs has really improved, skin is firmer and my jeans feel looser. Iris is an excellent therapist and Karen, practice manager is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

I recently had a 40 minute Vitality, Stress & Sleep treatment at Cheshire Natural Health to try it for the first time. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. The treatment itself was gentle, calming and surprisingly soothing. I left feeling extremely relaxed. While it’s too early for me to comment on any longer term benefits after just one session, it was a lovely experience and I’m looking forward to seeing how I feel after further treatments. Thank you to the team for making my first visit such a positive one.

Visit to Adrian the osteopath. Excellent as usual (been seeing him for years), excellent reception staff also. The waiting room is nice. However, the bathroom is awful - desperately in need of a make-over.

I was suffering from a prolapsed disc in my neck causing a trapped nerve with extreme pain right down my arm. I initially saw Elli who was absolutely fantastic and could not do enough for me. Her treatment and support was invaluable. She even went as far as to recommend I have treatment with Marie for K laser treatment rather than herself. Marie was also amazing and caring and the K laser was incredible providing me with relief that the strong painkillers I'd been prescribed couldn't offer. I couldn't be more thankful to both of them!

My life has changed thanks to Natalia at Cheshire natural health. For many years I have been suffering, without knowing , from side effects to blood pressure medication. After a 1 hour session with Natalia, who had obviously researched my condition and medication, suggestions were made to alter my medication schedule. This resulted in a complete change to the side effects and therefore an amazing change to my life, without compromising the medication itself. I can't thank Natalia enough and would highly recommend Cheshire natural health.
