THIS STATEMENT IS ALL IN MY OPINION BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE ON 12/30/25 & 1/6/26
If I can give this place ZERO stars I would. It has taken them multiple calls and emails to send me correct immunization forms. Something so simple you would think would take less then 7+ days. The front desk people are slow (in speed) and do not understand anything. For example, I was given an appointment for today. I called at 8AM to make sure I was going to get what i wanted for my appointment and the front desk person told me that the appointment was never made. They have been emailing the wrong forms 3 times. I talked to higher ups and still have no paper signed. The supervisor that I just spoke to told me that he was shocked to hear what I was saying and was going to fix it right now. On ZocDoc it says that I could have what I wanted from this clinic and clearly they don't even know what they offer.
Do not go here if you want simple things done. They cannot handle it and it is sad that I have to write this because I liked Dr Arthur England and the woman who took my vitals/ blood. They were great. Staff up front was terrible! They charged my insurance without even completing the initial task.

I allegedly got a call from their manager named Polina and on the phone she made it seem like it was my fault. All I wanted her to do was to talk to her staff how they dropped the ball. She mentioned my google review to be to low because at the end of the day I got what I needed. That is disgusting, stars are based on my opinion. I got my immunization forms because I emailed/called multiple times to get them signed and stamped. I was persistent and determined. Her staff failed, allegedly to correct their mistake more then one time.
This google review reply is much more sincere then Polina tone on the phone. I also work in customer service and THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SHOULD TREAT SOMEONE. I wanted a simple thing to be done and it was not a simple experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
