Johan showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and most importantly diagnosed the problem with the track lighting and fixed it! We had been told by two other electricians that we needed to replace the fixture! Because of the faux painting, we wanted to see if the track lighting could be fixed instead. Johan found it was just a loose connection in the wiring, which he not only tightened but also showed us how to tighten the connection ourselves! We are now happy and loyal customers of Carolina Electric Pro's!!
Riley (sp?) installed two "weatherproof"outside outlets on 11/18/2025. Riley did great work and made sure the work area was clean. He is professional and helpful in answering all questions and making sure we were happy with the work. Highly recommend Carolina Electric Pro's.

Trad was very hestiant to adapt to offering a insulated ductwork to my exhaust fan system and he never sent me the new quote for this adjustment. I'm not chasing someone or a company who is too lazy to work, lost my business.

Im a contractor and I work with alot of electric company's and these guys were the real deal great communication with very fast service I will be using them on all my projects for now ok in the charlotte concord area

Updated, 11-2025 I had them out to install a flood light and relocate the old fixture to a second exterior location. Riley was on time, professional and did a great job with the installation. Highly recommend Carolina Electric pros and honestly I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else. (Previous) I recently had Carolina electric pros install 10 recessed lights in 2 rooms,. They installed two new interior and exterior outlets and repaird an exterior outlet. Matt and Cody showed up on time, were professional and even helped with a bit of strategy on placements. I had this thought that I’d have expensive drywall repairs annd holes around the work areas, not at all they put the drywall back so well just minor touch up work needed. I 100% recommend Carolina Electric Pros, Matt and Cody! Thanks guys!

I had an electric car charger placed in my garage. The two electricians were prompt, courteous, and professional. They were very thorough in making sure everything was done correctly and explained to me what I needed to know about the charger. I am very satisfied and highly recommend.

Arrived at the scheduled time and the guys who installed me ev charger did a great job. Once done they spent time and walked me through setting up the charger app on my phone and confirmed it worked on my vehicle before leaving.
