My smile has been an insecurity of mine for over 10 years. I booked an appointment for a consultation for some dental bonding for natural gaps I had and Dr Muhammad changed my smile in 1 hour! I couldn't believe the results and she has completely changed my confidence! Forever grateful! Amazing staff, friendly, pain free, informative, could not have been more lucky to find them! A rarity. 🙏🏽

A month after making an appointment and many communications to schedule my appointment, Brooklyn Oak told me they don’t work with my insurance (BCBS). What a colossal waste of time.

We've been patients at Brooklyn Oak Dental Care for years and we get the best care imaginable. I've lived in New York a long time and I've had other dentists. Dr. Muhammad is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful. I highly recommend Brooklyn Oak.

I was a new patient and Dr Muhammad delivered speculative and serious medical information in a very cavalier and cold manner. When I expressed concern and asked for additional info, she was dismissive and insensitive to the situation. It’s unfortunate because her staff was very attentive and kind, but I have never experienced anything like this before.

Dr. Muhammad and her team are the most amazing providers of dental care! She has an incredibly high level of care and attention to detail, considers the whole body in her dental treatment, and is a true artist when it comes to cosmetic dentistry. Her team of dental hygienists and assistants are all extremely kind and talented, and it's always a joy to visit their office!

I've been a patient of Brooklyn Oak Dental Care for almost 9 years. I've lost count to be honest. I just finished another cleaning with Jill and saw Dr. Muhammad today. I have followed them at different locations and am so grateful for their practice. Their offices are always clean and the staff is so friendly. Dental work can be so intimidating but Dr. Muhammad makes you feel comfortable. Brooklyn Oak Dental is always up to date with new technology. I think anyone would be comfortable as a patient here and glad I have been for so many years.

Fantastic dental practice. They booked me in quickly for an emergency procedure. My visit started right on time. Dr. Muhammad is excellent, explained everything as she went along. Literally zero pain. Zero. The staff very helpfully filled out their part of my insurance form, and I was able to leave the office with everything I needed for my insurance company. Highest recommendation.

I am writing this review as a public service. I called Dr. Muhammed's office last year and spoke to Robin, who quoted a price of $475 for a cleaning, x-rays and an exam. I booked an appointment. Most of the appointment was getting x-rays. When I saw Dr. Muhammed, she said I needed to see a periodontist for a deep cleaning, and she performed an exam. Aside from gum recession, she said everything else was fine. Since she did not do a cleaning, they charged me $250 for the visit, but issued an invoice that was over $600 for x-rays and an exam. An inflated invoice with a credit applied so that the balance was $250. The fact that they issued an invoice that was much higher than the quoted price, but for fewer services, is suspect. Two days later, an abscess developed on my gum. When I went back, Muhammed said there was a shadow on my x-ray and that I needed to see an endodontist for a root canal because there was an infection. She left the room immediately and I asked Jill, the hygienist, if I could see the x-ray. The one Dr. Muhammed was referencing was an old x-ray from 2019, not one of the many recent x-rays she took. When I asked why she was looking at a 3yr old x-ray, Jill pointed out that the root was cut off in the x-ray they took of that tooth. When I called Muhammed later to ask why she told me everything was fine when I had an infection, and why she was looking at an old x-ray, she said, in a defensive manner, people make mistakes. She also said she was trying to be positive when she said everything was ok. When I questioned paying for x-rays that were not useful, she said there was nothing wrong with the x-rays but that she would give me money back. I followed up requesting a refund and she said she would issue a refund for the exam but not the x-rays. She did not keep her word. I disputed the entire charge with Amex and they credited me $250. Subsequently, I had to pay for all new x-rays.

The best dental office in the city! I have been their patient for almost 10 years and their services have always been extraordinary. Dr. Muhammad will tackle the root cause of your dental problems and work hard on them. The staff is also caring and friendly and Fran is absolutely AMAZING!!!
