Ordered a G-Shock GM-2100. I received the delivery on 6th dec night and it was totally good when i unboxed it and kept it safe and secure. The next day on 7th dec i wire the watch and while seeing the time i saw the digital screen not working. I immediately contacted them through whatsapp and told them the issue. The website mentions 48 hrs return withthe unboxing video and hasn't mentioned anywhere that G-Shock won't be returned. I asked them to return and they are saying there is no returns on G-Shock and it's my fault and i did something to the watch. They are saying that the return policy starts from the date of dispatch of product from their side. At last they did resolve my problem and were asking 500-800rs for replacement of watch.
Why should I pay 500-800rs for defective item sent by then.
I ordered the product after cross checking the website and reviews but now I think the reviews were paid reviews.
The customer support is very bad,i wouldn't suggest buying watch from here
