Highly recommend Les, it was easy to book the appointment and the time and date were promptly confirmed by email. Les arrived on time and got straight to work, without any inconvenience to us as we WFH. Really nice guy, friendly and professional and afterwards Les showed me how to access our EPC online.

Had Les in today for our EPC, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Les was kind, friendly, and very easy to talk to. Having someone you don’t know come into your home can feel a little intimidating, but this experience was the complete opposite from the moment he walked through the door. He was professional, approachable, and made the whole process feel comfortable and straightforward. We would highly recommend Les to anyone and would be happy to have him back again in the future.
