A very professional business that I would highly recommend. They do fantastic work and are easy to communicate with. I am extremely pleased with the deck they installed and will absolutely call them again for further projects.

Jonnatan & Arrellano Construction were able to take my wife’s napkin sketch and bring it to life in 5 days. The Arellano team was overly communicative, nice, paid attention to detail, and didn’t nickel and dime. From the start to finish, Jonnatan and his team communicated everything. The crew on site were overly nice, sometimes entertaining our curious kids that wanted to watch. Jonnatan and his crew examined every inch of the deck before pulling the crew. They found a cracked deck-board on the last day and replaced it. There were bushes in the way of the new construction. Arellano pulled the bushes and went on without any hiccup (or added work order). Highly recommend.

This is the best company we have ever done business with. We wanted to have a deck built along the whole backside of our house and we scheduled several estimates from different companies. We had several bad experiences from others where they would try to talk us into doing our project a certain way. We were insulted by one company saying we could not afford what we want to have done (even though we did not tell them our budget they just assumed). There were a lot of other problems we had with others but I don’t want to relive it here… Finally I called Arellano Construction and they showed up to do an estimate at the exact time they scheduled us. As with most good businesses there is a bit of a wait because they are busy with work. Even though they have a lot of customers they always took time to answer my calls. The communication is excellent! The estimate was better than all the rest. They even did personal request for our project that others didn’t want to bother with. One example is we wanted extra reinforcement where we were planning to have a hot tub on our deck. They also offered to make our deck to where it would not rain through underneath. This gave us extra storage space! The overall look is so much better than we imagined. They really know what they are doing! They do wood or Trex composite decking and don’t charge an arm and a leg for it either. Their team are hard workers. They show up when they say they will and the project goes really fast bc their crew is not lazy. We were seriously shocked! Oh and when I did get an estimate they took the time to write out a detailed estimate of the costs so there was no surprises there. I was very comfortable with the whole experience! Super nice guys to work with and I plan to hire them for future jobs. Ps the deck looks blotchy in one photo but I assure you it’s beautiful! I think it’s weird lighting idk anyway we are happy and we enjoy it all the time!

My wife and I hired Arellano construction to build a pergola overtop of our outdoor kitchen. We could not have been more pleased. Every member of the crew was very knowledgeable and took pride in there work. They were very neat and organized. We would highly recommend them for any of your construction needs.

Highly recommended. They fixed some unsatisfactory work by another deck builder in Chattanooga and added some joists to support a hot tub. All off their team members are very nice and professional. Will definitely be using them for all future deck work!!

We have had a wonderful experience with Arellano construction.They have EXCEEDED our expectations in building our two story deck. We just love how quickly and the expert craftsman ship all the men applied to our deck. The whole crew were very respectful friendly and responsive to our needs. When we had a change of plans Jonnatan was eager and creative with the new design and implemented the new change. We plan positively to use Arellano again. I highly recommend their work and integrity in business.

They completed my deck in one day (10’x12’) and it looks awesome! It was a great to see my new deck. Very communicative and honest. I would recommend to anyone.

We did a crazy thing and the „Arellano Crew“ made it happen for us in 4 days!!! And that included lots of rain. Our original deck was not in a good condition so we looked for companies to quote. I have found Arellano construction and Jonnatan was the one that reacted very quickly and was able to get us a quote within 2 days. Once I got other quotes I came to the conclusion that Jonnatans quote was the best. Within 4 days the crew was able to start onboard project by removing our old deck and extending the new one. Now to the service provided: the crew was very considerate by ensuring that the compressor was placed as far away as possible so that my wife was able to still work inside the house. Additionally the team cleaned up during their job and when leaving ensured that no screws or nails were left on the ground. This made it easy to let my kids still room around in their backyard. We are very happy with the new deck recently completed by Arellano Construction. Of the four estimates I received they were the cheapest and did a high quality professional job. Very easy and nice to work with and would recommend them for any project.

I highly recommend Jonnatan and his crew! They tore down our old pool deck that was falling apart and built us exactly what we wanted (before and after photos attached). It looks fantastic!! They were affordable, fast, and efficient. The communication from Jonnatan was wonderful through the entire process from the estimate to the final walk through. They also did an awesome clean up job! We look forward to using them again for future projects!!

Jonnatan & his crew did an excellent job rebuilding my deck. The workers were all respectfully & hardworking as well as prompt and courteous. They showed up every day early and worked late. Entire demo & rebuild took 7 days. They did everything I asked them.to. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. The new deck is about 15 ft bigger and has a covering on 1/3 of the deck. They were quick to respond to messages and attentive to details & requests.

I could not be more pleased with Arellano construction! From day 1 Jonnatan worked with us patiently and knowledgeably, giving us quotes for each of our deck design ideas. He gave us plenty of time to decide which one to go with, and then completed the entire tear down and rebuild in 2 days! The craftsmanship on the deck is amazing and it turned out better than we could have hoped. The crew were on time, polite, respectful, and cleaned up everything. I would recommend Arellano Construction to anyone!

These guys absolutely killed it with my deck. Unbelievably fast, flexible, and provided great input when I asked for it. I’m blown away with how good it looks.

The best of the best quality

It’s seldom you can say you’re completely happy with a large construction project, but Arellano has been the exception. They rebuilt our deck from the ground up, with new railings and screen, and did a first-rate job. They showed up early, did quality work, were very accommodating with small details and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. We highly recommend them.

These guys did a great job replacing my front and back deck. Good attention to detail and friendly to work with. We went with trex decking and were very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend. Before and after photos attached.
