My engineer was great to be fair turned up, comdemned my washing machine and recommeded I contact who i bought it from as it wasn't that old. Said he couldn't do anything for me if i needed supporting documents for the claim then he could help. Apologised for having to charge my the £75 quid for not doing anything and went on his way. Since the supplier of my machine has asked for the supporting documentation offered by the engineer on the day I got back in contact and have sent several messages to the company, even offering to pay more money for their time if necessary. All of these messages have been read and ignored competely. Quite possibly the worst cusomer service i've ever recieved, if you're going to ignore people, at least turn off your read receipts so people can't see that you're ignoring them. Still, not a one star because the engineer was nice and helpful on the day.

I reached out over WhatsApp to arrange for my dishwasher to be repaired and received a prompt reply to book in a visit. Oli arrived on time and was very friendly. He gave me a very fair quote and even had the replacement part ready to install in his van. I will definitely be using them again when the next appliance inevitably breaks down!

Used them many years ago for a washing machine repair, so went to them again for an oven element. Very efficient service, although as they were already booked up (probable a good sign) I had to wait a few days before they had a slot.
