Over my many years of working in professional services I have never come across an IT service that did not frustrate me even more than the original problem. UNTIL NOW. FIT solutions and in particular, Ian, have provided outstanding service and support each and every time. Ian and the team are quick to respond, have excellent communications skills and are just so wonderful to work with. I am amazed that they can keep such a positive and delightful attitude each time I call, as this industry can be stressful and thankless. I am beyond thrilled with Ian and the FIT Solutions team and highly recommend them.
