She was super knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the whole process from getting study material through Mike Holt & Palm Construction, taking the exams, and applying for the license. She had this energy that he just loved on the phone call with her and made a seemingly stressful situation very easy. Definitely ask for her!

I want to take time to let everyone know that API is a god send for anyone in need of services they provide. I used them to get my my EC number with my previous qualifier as well as to help me get everything situated for when I got my own license. They are knowledgeable and friendly. As a business owner the cost of their services was well worth it in consideration of the time it would have taken from my day to day schedule. I heard about them for years prior to needing their services personally and I understand why. I will be using them for qualifying another company as well as continuing education.
