Very clean, welcoming and informative. It was also quiet and had comfy beds
☺We stayed there overnight after a long lunch in red hill. It was super clean, quiet and was welcoming. Had all the facilities we needed.
☹I think some people may be allergic to some of the room fragrance so may want to tone it down

We had the absolute BEST TIME at Patricia's. She was a very responsive host and allowed us an early check-in at no extra cost. The home was beautifully decorated, lovely sunset warmth felt throughout the home, and the amenities were great. The outdoor bath - including the bath teabags provided - was a highlight! The home is in a quiet area, and the shops are a mere 10–15-minute walk. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back :)

Thank you, Patricia, for hosting us! It was such a pleasure staying in your beautiful space - it truly looks just like a dream house from a home decor magazine. The bed was incredibly comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire space was sparkling clean. We would love to come back!

We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. The apartment is whimsical, stylish and homely. Tastefully furnished and a perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring the neighbourhood and Melbourne generally. We loved the story of the place, the furniture and antiques, the inquisitive decorative items, and the super soft bedding and pillow menu.Everything is well considered and perfect for your stay. One of (if not, ‘the’) best Airbnb stays I have had the pleasure to have. Mum loved the robes and we were delighted with the very generous departing gift which was such a lovely surprise. Of course we will be back again. Thank you for everything.

The perfect relaxing getaway for a weekend in Melbourne. The apartment was very cozy, matched the description and is conveniently located a short walk from Skybus terminal at Southern Cross Station. Can highly recommend Patricia’s apartment.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location could not have been better for getting around. The place genuinely feels like a 5-star luxury hotel, but with all the warmth and comfort of home. Highly recommend staying here!

Patricia’s apartment was perfectly located in the city. We located the unit quickly after collecting the keys from a handy location near Southern Cross Station. Patricia has made a great effort to present the apartment with decor and cleanliness. We very much enjoyed our stay.Thank you Patricia. 😁

We stayed here recently for the second time. We had two young children with us. The house is extremely clean, you would have no concerns about toddlers or crawlers on the floor! The hosts are very responsive and friendly and so many lovely hospitable touches. We also love the layout as mum and dad can have a nice dinner at the dining table once kiddos are asleep without risk of disturbing them in bedrooms at the front of the house! Well positioned between Mornington and the rest of the peninsula. Take note of the suggested dinner and lunch places provided by the hosts, we really enjoyed their fish and chips recommendation. We would stay again and really got the feeling these hosts love running their airbnb.
