Andrew and Jordan completed works for myself in refinancing post govt budget changes , there knowledge is excellent and the team were fast and confident in their work . We initially contacted Andrew to explore an investment loan using the equity in our current property. Andrew took the time to explain the process, answer all of our questions and guide us through our options.
As our plans changed, we decided to renovate and refinance our existing home instead. Andrew was incredibly supportive and patient throughout the entire process, adapting to our changing circumstances and making what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and manageable.
Once our renovation is complete, we plan to refinance again and look to re-enter the investment market. We will definitely be seeking Andrewās guidance when the time comes and would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for knowledgeable and supportive mortgage advice.
