A super convenient gym with a welcoming community, excellent classes, and affordable pricing. The schedule works perfectly for 9–5 workers, though it may be less flexible for others. The new management has been a great improvement, they’re attentive, responsive, and really focused on creating a better environment. Overall, a fantastic place to work out.

Can't recommend this gym enough. Great value for the quality of instructors at both Langley and Slough. Not just robots like other gyms.
Special shout out to Jo, spin queen and Karan circuit king! They have pushed me to my next level of fitness. Thank you guys.

I have been attending this gym for more than a couple of years now.
Staff are always friendly and the recent management change has made small but noticeable improvements.

I've been using this gym for several years now and love the friendly, community vibe here. The staff are super nice and helpful. I really enjoy the classes and the gym. Good value for money!

Very nice gym to work out at and a very clean facility to use . The staff are extremely helpful , friendly, supportive and knowledgeable with big smiles to greet you with when entering the gym .

I attended the gym with my friend 2 weeks ago through the bring your friend scheme. I am usually an introverted person but curious and had lots of questions regarding using the equipment as I don’t normally go to gym facilities and tend to stick to home work-outs. However, your staff were incredibly helpful and supportive when answering any questions I had, no matter how strange it might’ve been. Lily was particularly helpful in guiding me how to use the machines safely and effectively. I would definitely consider using the gym again just from this experience alone as the staff were kind and patient with me as someone who doesn’t often use public gym facilities.

Spiteful when cancelling
I actually thought this gym was ok. It was decent and didn't get too busy and the atmosphere was good. However I unfortunately have had a bad experience with the administration of the place which I can see is similar to a lot of other reviews.
I joined on a rolling contract because I like to be able to cancel when I feel like it and not be tied down. After a few months I decided I wanted a gym with more flexible hours and asked to cancel. I didn't mind paying an extra month but they insisted on me paying an extra 1 month and 30 days because I had gone over an extra day to cancel which I couldn't do on the correct day because of a website bug. I know other people who they just happily waived it off for them as a nice gesture, but for some reason they insisted on me paying 2 whole more months still.
Following a back and forth with what appears to be their legal member of staff they said it was ok to not pay the 2 months because of the website bug they had. Following from this they sent an email saying that my membership had been cancelled immediately with date given and access was lost.
A few months go past and I am now being sent invoices still for the extra month despite having an email saying that it was cancelled immediately and access revoked. I would have been fine just paying the following month however they made a great deal out of all of this despite me being a perfectly polite customer, they have been extremely petty and pedantic with their wording.
it seems as though others have had similar experiences so I would personally just try and find another low cost gym that will not try and wrangle you when you decide to cancel.
