AAA Rousse Reviews

When I called AAA Rouse to inquire about removing my older above ground pool I spoke with Dani. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable as she took me through the process. I sent a few pictures of pool and she was able to quote me an affordable price by email and set a removal date that worked for me. On day of removal Farouk and team arrived at time they had promised and proceeded to dismantle pool. About two hours later pool was gone with area cleaned. I couldn't believe how quick the job went. Farouk and team worked non stop. If anyone I know is looking for junk removal I will gladly mention your company

I had a great experience with Dani and Eric at AAA Rouse Junk Removal. The communication was great throughout the clean up of my house. They were there early and cleaned everything up very quickly. They did a great job and we really appreciated them helping get the house and garage cleaned up so we can do work on the house. Again thank you Dani and Erics crew

I had a large, heavy wood deck that needed to be removed. Two very polite men worked non-stop for just a few hours and had the whole thing removed and in the dump truck. They picked up every small piece of wood and also other trash that was under the deck. It was worth every penny. Thank you!

I had to dispose of an old boat. Researched possibilities for weeks, (sale, donation and junking). Finally found AAA Rousse (US BOAT REMOVAL) and contacted Dani and David who handled the pick up at my marina and the transport for junking of the boat. Dani and Dave did a great job and solved my problem. They are knowledgeable about the issues surrounding the process and they are courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone who has to dispose of a boat.

I would definitely recommend AAA Rousse Junk Removal. Stephanie was so helpful in finding the right crew who would come out to our remote location to remove furniture and appliances from our camp. She kept in contact and organized everything from beginning to end. Thanks to Colby and crew for driving the almost 2 hrs and the great job in clearing out all the stuff!

My experience with the removal and disposal of my RV by AAA Rousse was outstanding from start to finish. Victoria handled the telephonic scheduling and down payment process in timely and professional manner. On pick up day Jorge and Mateo notified me ahead of time that they were on their way and they arrived as scheduled. They were friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. They skillfully removed the RV from a storage building where it had been parked for many years and professionally secured it to their tow truck for removal to Tucson. They also received final payment and title, and provided me the receipt documents that I needed. Everything was handled in an exceptional manner. I will recommend AAA Rousse to my friends if they are ever looking for junk removal services.

AAA Rousse provided excellent service in cleaning up a property I'm preparing to sell. I especially appreciate their flexibility in dealing with the challenges of access and remote services. Each day, we evaluated the progress and the options as circumstances arose. There was always great communication and I am completely satisfied with their work.

I had to have mattresses and box springs removed from my home, AAA Rousse said they would wrap them and remove them. They did not. They dragged the dirty old mattresses through the house as they were. The company they hired to remove the mattresses were not informed that they were to wrap before they removed the mattresses and box springs. I was unaware that Rousse hired an outside company, they said they were the professionals. They made NO effort to make things right.

Bed bug mattresses and box springs are very high risk. As you know the house was very cluttered and was impossible to wrap the infested mattresses and box springs inside. There was some very narrow cluttered areas and we had to maneuver our way out through narrow stairways and debris. We put our suits on once we exited the house. We also wrapped up the mattresses. I'm sorry you feel that way as far as price goes but you were very aware of the price before we started the job. Price was discussed before we arrived there. You were told the $1500 price at the very beginning of the process. You accepted. It was not a surprise. We're sorry you're so unhappy. The good news is you're infested mattresses and box springs are gone.

Thank you Kevin & crew for a wonderful job! They were professional and well skilled at all aspects of the dismantling and clean-up! They dismantled and removed a 30' above ground pool with a large, well-built timber deck. It was big job and it was amazing how fast they were able to get it done. The area looks really great, what a difference! Exceptional communications with myself as well as the neighbors. This project was for my 96-yr old father in Illinois. I live in Vermont. I was kept up to date with photos, text messages and phone calls throughout the operations. It made it nice and smooth for myself and my father! During and after the work, various neighbors reached out to me about how impressed they were with the operation! Once again thank you Kevin/crew and AAA Rousse! Gary Farris
