I contacted this place through their web site and was connected with someone by phone immediately, so we were off to a good start. Things went downhill from there. They asked when they could do an assessment so I offered some times. Then they sent me the total amount it would cost and asked me aggressively if I was still interested. Then they sent me a text saying someone was on their way at a time when that we had never agreed to when no one was home. When I told them I was no longer interested in their services they wrote, "Oh okay. At least you should have informed us prior to assessment." Truly, truly wild and nonsensical communication.

Raneem, I am certainly sorry about the way you were treated. This is unacceptable and will be addressed. We are not in the the business of forcing service on anyone. This will be addressed.

Educated, professional and extremely helpful. Wright Restorations had guys readily available to help diagnose, quote and treat the mold in my home. And when I had advanced, technical questions, Peter was all over it. He gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. He’s competent, educated and VERY reasonable. I’d not only use WR again if I needed but would gladly encourage anyone to check them out. The were professional, kind, sympathetic to my struggle…….cleaned up after themselves……..what more could you ask for? I’m in the trades and I see what’s available to homeowners as far as level of knowledge and professionalism, believe me I put them to the test and they passed with flying colours. BRAVO Wright Restorations, Bravo!

Wright restorations left me and my family with a home that is uninhabitable, as they dropped the job last minute. They don't show up on time, are unreliable and have very poor communication. They had some repairs done at another of our houses and just left mid job leaving me to finish it and fi d a painter last minute. Unprofessional, don't ask questions or have an opinion.

Upon a home inspection an issue was found in the attic of my Mother’s house . Wright Restoration were contacted by our real estate agent on a Thursday & arrived promptly on the following Monday . Peter was very professional, informed & assuring that the issue would be dealt with in a timely manner & it was more than we could have hoped for. The job was completed by Peter’s very polite & courteous employees who were very conscientious in all aspects of the job. Can’t say enough positive comments about this company & the owner Peter ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

We had the pleasure of having Wright Restoration help us deal with Mold issues caused by a foundation leak in our basement. Peter responded immediately to our phone on call and was on site the same day. He explained the course of action required to deal with the situation and acted on it as soon as we approved he quote. I contacted them directly through the Google business page, and was pleased to be contacted by phone very soon after, despite it being a Sunday afternoon. An inspection was booked, I was given the name and number of the inspector, and he arrived on time. He was courteous and seemed professional. The problem is that the company ghosted me since then. No report, no invoice, no responses to my texts. I don't understand it. I'm concerned that the person who came was casing my home for criminal purposes.

I contacted Peter regarding mold remediation in the basement of my dad's house. He responded immediately and came out to inspect the basement. He was thorough and provided great information and a quote that was reasonable. When the work started he was onsite to introduce the crew. Everyone was professional communicated well and were committed to resolving the issue. Peter, his crew and other professionals supporting this project were exceptional. We were pleased with the work and timeliness to complete the project. We highly recommend Wright Restorations.

Met with Peter to discuss possible options for dealing with a mold/water leak issue with our shower. Gave me a number of possible ways to proceed with no pressure to go one way or another. Just laid out the possibilities. Once we agreed to a way forward, he had his team come in and get to work. Team was professional and did an excellent job. They left the job site cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend them.

Started a kitchen renovation and discovered asbestos containing tile under the ceramic. Wright came in the next day and have the entire site remediated by 2pm. They were prompt, professional, FAST and clean. They even cleaned the driveway after the disposal truck left (it's the little things). 10/10 would recommend and use again.

Peter came to my home in Burlington to help with a solution for a mold problem. He offered a very cost efficient way of killing the bacteria that was growing under my kitchen counter due to a faucet leak. His expertise and kindness I will never forget.
