Worst product and customer service EVER
I’m sorry that this is a one star as it’s not possible to add zero stars.We have had nothing but trouble since instillation, the tub went 4 hours before it’s first fault, then continuously nothing but faults. The after sales service has been nothing but appalling even to the fact that the tb is still not working and it’s been 2 months that the service team hasn’t been able to fix it over a a small part that cost pennies. The revive team have been here twice and still not repaired, even the manager promised it to be repaired and still nothing. We have had nothing but issues and if I could I would put on a trailer and dump it on their doorstep. Don’t think for a minute after you have purchased one of their tubs the after sales team will help, they won’t.
From a new PCB to heater unit and leaks, this has to be the worst product I have ever purchased and the worst after sales customer service ever, PERIOD.
Appalling after care
Purchased in nov 2021 with some inheritance left by my mom for the family to enjoy. Within weeks we had a problem with the drainage tap not working. Was made to feel stupid saying we weren’t opening it right. After weeks they finally came out and had to fit a new part as it was faulty. The next issue was a broken jet a few months later. Followed by a leak. After months yet again they came out and said the leak had been cause me sue to a pipe been over tightened at manufacture and that the jet was just one of those things. So we filled it up again following the repair again problems occurred so contacted them and closed it down whilst awaiting contact. For at least the last six months back and forward and continually for the last three months I have emailed and what’s apped and get promises that they will come back to me. I was told jets falling apart were misuse and yet we hadn’t used it so how is that right. I am still no further forward than I was and have never in my life been fobbed off and lied to let down on contact or repair dates. Saying it’s no longer on warranty cause not serviced how could I have a service when it’s not in use and no one explained anything about yearly service to me. I would advise that u shouldn’t buy from these people if u want any after care service
Excellent service from start to finish
Can't fault the service from start to finish. Don't be put off by Communication being by wattsapp and messaging, genuine company. Providing great new hot tubs at very reasonable prices 💯
I was worried initially as it took a while to arrive and it’s always risky leaving a deposit as a bank transfer to someone u don’t know but thankfully it all worked out and it was a real bargain. Good lads who installed it also.
DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB FROM THIS COMPANY
Do not buy a hot tub from this company!!! They are eager to sell them, but I have been waiting 2 months to get mine working and heating up. Also, they cannot supply or source replacement filters. After spending £5,000 in October 2021, you would expect they could still supply the filters and fix the hot tub. Any one else in this position, I am going to the small claims court to get it removed and go to a more reputable company

I have just sat down after recieving our Hot Tub, Fully installed and demonstrated. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with this company from order through sales and delivery. Ste and Marek arrived were polite efficient and thoroughly professional. Although late in the day and presented with a challenging delivery they went above and beyond to complete the delivery. EVEN when presented with the heavens opening. They were truly amazing and a credit to this business. The Hot tub is in place and looks amazing.Thankyou so much for making this process just simply superb
When doing my research about what hot tub to get I came across several similar sites with similar prices and similar deals.
But in the end it was the patience of the poor chap, Tom, on Wild Water Spas what'sapp chat, that gave me confidence to pull the trigger.
I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous at first. Online deals can be a minefield and it all looked too good to be true so I asked questions and a lot of them.
But a few weeks later, Richard and Steve are carrying it into the back garden.
They were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable .
We're very happy .
The staff are great, I was suspicious as I found the company on line and did not know them. However, I have been pleasantly surprised.
They have a call back feature rather than a number to call and it has worked up to now. I would have preferred to be able to ring them.
The boys delivering the tub were great, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the chemicals and gave good us instructions.
I have not had to use after sales yet but from my experience I would Definitely recommend.
We only took delivery yesterday so have not used our tub yet. From the first contact we have been dealt with efficiently and professionally. Harry our delivery driver and installer kept in contact about arrival time and arrived as promised. He worked in extremely hot conditions but did a fabulous job. He was professional pleasant and a credit to the company. We look forward to using our tub later today. Thanks
Received my hot tub today delivered by Harry. Fitted in his tightest spot yet but still managed to get the job done. Can't fault the team at all great service would highly recommend 👌 went above and beyond to get the job done tonight thanks again appreciate it
The delivery men where lovely but obviously over worked . Last delivery time is between 7-9 we got a call after 9 to say 9.45 as there had been accident on the motorway and they were a driver down . 10.15 pm and no delivery and I couldn't contact them they then call at 10.40 they are 6 minutes away . They arrive just before 11pm . The hot tub is to big for the gate despite giving measurements so my husband takes the gate off and the edging of shed roof . They get it in but don't have the tools to install it so my husband has to lend him his . It's pitch black so only gets half set up .
The company when I contacted them where rude and said I would of complained if it wasnt delivered and they should of left it on our drive .
I'm hoping nothing ever goes wrong with the hot tub so I don't have to have contact with them again

From start to install this company are first class. Nothing was a hassle from the delivery guy and explained all the features. What a funny guy too. Will definitely use them again when I need an upgrade. Keep up the good work guys
This is the worst experience I have had as a customer. Their callous disregard for your time and commitment to any kind of service. I was sold a faulty product. Jets don't work and the hot tub leaks. I raised this issue mid April and it has still not been resolved. I only bought the hot tub in December last year. Once they sell you a product they don't give a monkey's. This is despite me paying for the lifetime guarantee.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced. We understand that it has been an undesired and prolonged situation, which is not the standard of service we strive to provide.
