Really thorough professional and understanding of the financial hardship of a new install . I walked away feeling trusted , and treated with respect . On top of that a very workable solution for quality equipment and installation made me feel really good and assured to invest in my home and do it right ! The program at West Allis Heating allowed me to do that and it was completely painless !!! Two thumbs up and 5 stars !!!

Made a furnace tune up Appointment two months ahead of time, they texted me that day and said I had to reschedule. Well I will be changing companies, sad part is they will loose $20,000 in sales next year because my other two houses need new furnaces and a/c. WA heating is not a reliable company

Really great company, so responsive and thorough. Everyone I’ve had out from electrician to plumber to HVAC has been very professional, excellent to work with, and the job is always done to standard (and then some!). They will talk you through a job without trying to sell anything or push a certain agenda, which I really appreciate. They are all super knowledgeable and just very good at their trades. I would highly recommend!
