Loved their locally designed dress - fit for Singaporeans. They have new releases every quarter and each release show their attentiveness to bride's requests. Love the quality as well, they stand by their standards and I love that. They have attractive first visit purchase package which you should visit them last so that you can be more certain to get from them! But as my first bridal gown visit, they definitely taught me a lot on gown maintenance and how to wear gown. I have used their gowns for PWS and AD. Still waiting on my AD photos!! Wan Ling was attached to me and I appreciate her patience and attention to details.

Got my AD gown from wedding crafters and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Wanted to give props to Wan Lin who made me feel so comfortable since my first appointment (also very thankful to be served by her for all my follow-up fittings) Picking a gown can be daunting, but I felt really comfortable and she really picked a gown based on what I liked/didn’t like until we landed on my perfect gown. I also appreciate all the reminders from Wedding Crafters and the whole process felt so thoughtful, gowns are also beautiful and quality is great! Highly recommend :)
Checked out 4 studios in total while searching for my wedding dress but ultimately decided on Wedding Crafters because of quality and price. The material gave me confidence that it would hold me in and sit well on my body.
The experience was also really pleasant from start to finish thanks to Cheryl! She was so sweet and professional and patient, and helped me through the dress selection to final fittings. Have been following their IG for many years so when it was my turn to get married I only had them in mind for my bridal gown and it one of the best vendors I have worked with for my wedding.
The very first fitting where I went to just try on their selections was pleasant. They took note of the gowns I tried and sent me a follow up message after the appointment on which gowns I liked.
I decided to sign the package with them as their design offerings were elegant, classy and not too obiang or glamarous which fit what I was looking for. Their price range was also reasonable for the quality.
After signing the package, their after-sales service remained the same as before. I have experienced wedding vendors whose after-sales service dropped once the sales was made. So, I really appreciated this especially in an industry that encounters many brides and has to deal with quick turnarounds.
I loved how they have a new collection every 3 months and we are allowed to change our selections as long as it is not too close to the wedding date (please refer to their T&Cs for the exact lead time).
For the final fittings, it happened on the same week of the wedding for me. The 1st fitting was on Tuesday and 2nd fitting / collection on Thursday. As I had lost weight, there was quite a lot of adjustments that needed to be made before my 2nd fitting and they managed to do it within a span of one and half working day which was incredible!
The measurements were perfect by my 2nd fitting and the gowns were so gorgeous on my actual day.
Special mention to Cheryl who helped me with my fittings and for sewing the beads onto the Oooh. Darling shoes I also got from them (so so comfortable for my wide feet!)
And of course thank you to the lovely seamstress behind the scenes as well as Wan Ting who helped me during my very first visit.

This place is honestly really nice!! The dresses are really good quality and the staff, esp wan lin, was so so sweet and helpful! The place was also spacious and bright and doesn’t feel cramp even when multiple brides are around. 10/10 experience and quality!
I have only experienced greatness and professionalism when coming for my appointments. I brought two gowns (wedding gown/evening gown) that I wanted to alter and be saved. They really did an AMAZING job. Stella helped advised what could be done and was very honest what could not too.

Visited a few gown studios before coming to WeddingCrafters and I loved the design of the dresses here! I was looking for a modern lace gown, and a satin gown with a unique design. Loved that they release new collections every now and then

Compared to other wedding dress rental places, their rates are still on the more affordable range (but not the cheapest if that's what your priority is). Still, the value they bring is top notch. They are so helpful and really are great in understanding vague wishes and hopes (i really asked, word for word, "do you have anything that makes me more main character" and they actually understood me) which probably shows their experience with all kinds of brides.
Their styles lean more to minimalistic dresses with dramatic and beautiful trains. But they do have some collections here and there that are a little more fancy/sparkly so there is still a range of dresses you can choose to fit your style.
Overall, highly recommend, not just for the dresses but also for the staff who have been wonderful and accommodating. (And friendly, they congratulate me with such enthusiasm it really feels genuine and kind).
Highly recommend Rachael and The Wedding Crafter. From the very beginning, Rachael was incredibly patient. She took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and kept searching until we found the one that ticked every single box.
I am usually not a fan of sequins as they tend to feel heavy and irritate my skin, but the Genith gown she recommended completely changed my mind. It is so light and comfortable. I moved around freely throughout the entire day, took it outdoors for a pre-banquet photoshoot, and it came back looking as pristine as when I first put it on. The train also turned out being photographed beautifully.
One practical detail that made a big difference on the day: the gown is button-up. For anyone who has struggled with a corset that takes ages to get in and out of, this is a game changer. Getting dressed was quick and fuss-free, which is exactly what you need when every minute counts.
If you are looking for a gown that is beautiful without the compromise, and a consultant who genuinely goes the extra mile, Rachael is your person. Highly recommended!
