I walked in with an idea, and Lori took her time to show me sample of what i requested, explained the diffenence in the options they offered and was extremely patient. Customer service is extrememly important to me and i must say she nailed it. Every email after the first visit she continued with the same effort and winning attitude that she had the day i walked in. The icing on the cake is, the quality of the work is exactly what i needed. I am not often impressed with anything or any one but i've been bragging since i picked up my order. Less than a week later, i'm already working with Lori again to build another invoice. Worth every penny.
