Recommending Wallington Glass!
We recently replaced a glass splashback in our kitchen. Not knowing the market we reached out to several business for advice and help, but Walljbgton Glass was by far the best. The service from both the office team, and the fitters, was excellent throughout the process. Everything done quickly to a high standard. Absolutely recommend!
OK service until they have your money; then you will never be able to get in touch with them when their shoddy installation breaks
Update:
8 months not 10 but that's irrelevant, you don't expect to pay for a splashback for it to crack in less than a year.
It has not been hit, this is clear from the photos I sent. It has cracked around a cut out for a plug socket, that obviously by its nature, gets pushed and pulled when putting a plug in and out. If anyone would care to actually respond to my emails, texts, or phone calls, I could tell you that I have taken the plug cover off, and there is absolutely no sealant/adhesive around the opening as there should be in a properly installed backsplash with cut-outs

Hi Chris,
I find this review unfair and untrue.
We fitted your splashback October 2024, you reported your glass had broken 10 months after instalment. If your glass was faulty or poorly fitted it would have broke during installation or very soon after. The glass has been hit by someone or something.

Had a break in on Saturday and called these guys out to board up windows on house. They gave a reasonable emergency call out and made it very stress free. The chap who came round was both courteous and reassuringly helpful. Job done quickly and cleanly and well. Another chap returned on Monday to fit replacement glazing units. Perfectly done and chap was equally excellent as the first guy.

The seal on my double glazed window was broken and water and condensation had started forming inside. I rang Wallington Glass four days ago. The following day it was measured up and a few days later all fitted. To say I’m delighted is an understatement. This shop is a godsend and members of staff were so helpful and friendly. Absolutely over the moon. Thank you so much.

Needed my front window boarded up at the weekend and they were able to send a guy round within a couple of hours or less. He cleared up all the broken glass as well as making it secure. Returned on the Tuesday and fitted a new double-glazed unit, arriving on time and finishing the job quickly and didn't leave any mess. Courteous and efficient, I would be very happy to use this firm again.

We recently had our shop front window replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service. I had absolutely no idea what to do today when I was closing a window and a gust of wind blew it out of my hand, -the hinges broke and the whole thing came off.
