Need to plan on a two hour connection minimum if coming through customs / border. Very stressful standing in line for an hour with no automated controls like Amsterdam.

I will admit the TSA Pre-Check is long but only a 30-40 minute wait. Even though delta is there main branch southwest is also no difference(better for family’s and cheaper), southwest has great service with an upgrade in there snacks. Boarding is very quick we were up in the air in about 20 minutes.

Trains not running on time the last few times we’ve been there. Also parking lots, hourly and ATL West gates had a glitch and we sat there waiting to exit for 30 minutes. I’ve always been proud of ATL service and efficiency but it’s been disappointing lately.

Worst Airport I have ever been to. The people that work here are just rude from check-in, security all the way to boarding. I had to fly my mother in-law back to SJO and we found a non stop departing as early as 6 am. Maybe part of my bad experience was the airline but either way, this airport sucks and I will avoid it at all cost!
