Loved this experience, I highly recommend it. Volare made us feel safe and welcome during the whole flight (they even had surprises for us after the flight) All the workers (pilot, helpers, drivers) were great at their jobs.

This is a very large operation so expect to wait around a lot. I was in one of their last balloons to take off so missed sunrise - we were still very much on the ground waiting for our balloon to be ready. And then we waited a long time for our balloon to be packed up when we landed. So only had 10 minutes to eat the breakfast when we arrived back. The experience itself is wonderful though, I would just do it with a smaller operation.

THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY BALLOONS in operation!! We got reeally close to another balloon twice because we were both trying to land in this teeny tiny patch of open field. There needs to be a limit on how many balloons can fly at once. The breakfast was bad too, I wouldn't pay for flavorless beans and salsa. I rather they remove the mariachi to cut down on balloon rides. I still gave 2 stars bc the shuttle service was nice as well as all the employees. Our pilot was very skilled and worked really hard to steer us away from the other balloon.

This was an amazing experience, far exceeded our expectations. Pilot flew us right over the ruins, then was able to hover over them for a period of time. Gave my wife flowers and a happy anniversary sign. Breakfast! Great times!

Volare is an excellent company: efficient, safe, thoughtful and everyone on staff was friendly and kind. They had special touches knowing we were celebrating my birthday (like a special birthday sign as we began our flight up and a little cake given to me afterwards). I highly recommend!

What an experience we had. This was my first time in an air ballon and in Mexico City of all places on this planet. Wow, it was gorgeous and very well done. From the breakfast we had, the air ballon experience and it needed with delicious lunch and a very good authentic Mexican band. So recommend this. Make sure you bring loads of warm clothes with you, it’s freezing cold in the begging and you will be picked up very early and it will be some waiting time when you arrive to the place. Lots and lots of warm clothes! :)

This was a magnificent, beautiful, and unforgettable experience! Everything was smooth from communication, pick-up, signing-in, etc. Landing couldn't have been more gentle. It was also convenient they put all folks who spoke English in the same balloon, so it was easier to communicate with others. I truly had the time of my life and would 100% do this again with Volare!

I HIGHLY recommend Volare!! They run such a well-oiled machine, and everything from pickup to drop-off was incredibly efficient. Volare went above and beyond to make us feel special for celebrating our anniversary with them as well. Isaac, our pilot, was experienced and knowledgeable. He took us to some incomparable views of Teotihuacan. Isaac also let us know that Volare’s safety and care of both their guests and pilots are incomparable, as they are the only company who chooses to only run one flight per day in the early morning, as second and third passes are more likely to have accidents. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Der Flug über die Pyramiden war ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Von der Abholung beim Hotel über den Flug, das Frühstück im Anschluss, die zusätzliche Zeit zum Erforschen von Teotihuacan und den Rücktransport zum Hotel hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
