These guys are wonderful. Great support, knowledge and helpful tools. Eight years ago, I was in the best of health one day, then the next started gaining weight like crazy, without any diet changes and while exercising as much as I always had. I went to so many doctors, had all sorts of tests run, and none of them could give me answers nor help me reverse things. Things kept getting worse until I ended up having a hysterectomy. Some symptoms went away, but I still couldn't sleep through the night, I had diarrhea almost daily, couldn't lose weight, had high anxiety & blood pressure, and suffered with worsening heartburn everyday. My doctors just kept telling me to eat low carb, more protein and exercise more, but no matter how good I ate or how much I exercised, nothing changed...I mean nothing. Then I saw these guys on social media, read up on them and decided to talk to them to see what they had to say. A year ago at my annual wellness visit, I was obese. My A1C was 6.4, triglycerides 300, cholesterol 239. I had joint pain, brain fog, and had tried every diet and program out there—nothing worked. I was depressed, avoided pictures, and even stopped seeing friends for fear of being judged. My doctor suggested GLP-1 medication, fought the insurance company, and I was approved for 5 months. It helped a little, but there was no guidance on how to eat, what to eat, or how to exercise. When insurance denied coverage, I was back to square one.
In August, I saw a video on social media—like so many before—but this one intrigued me: hormone testing? DNA testing? I admit, I’ve “fallen” for programs before, only to be disappointed. In 90 days I’ve lost 10 pounds I think that calculates to less than 1 pound loss per week. I was expecting so much more at least 1.5 pounds consistently per week. But I guess I’ll have to accept the 10 pounds and try to continue to lose. My sleep has improved a little so that’s good. At first I wasn’t staying asleep the full night or I’d wake up and not be able to go back to sleep. I struggled with this until about 3 weeks ago. I find now that most times I can go back to sleep after waking up so that has been nice. Any win related to sleep I’ll take. Other than those 2 tiny wins that that is it. 😢 I was really hoping I’d have better results considering how much money I’ve spent on this thus far. It’s been about $4.500 and I’m only down 10 pounds! It makes me sad to think about it but it is what it is now I guess. If I could do it all over again knowing this information I’d definitely make different choices. My #1 goal in this was to lose weight first and foremost! And $4,500 for 10 pounds, in my opinion is just not worth it. Now I’ll have to order more medication which will be another $600 for about a 4-5 week supply just to try to lose more weight. So not sure how much more it’s gonna cost me or how long it will take for me to be at my goal weight which is about 25 more pounds. I’ve heard crazy things about using this medication for weight loss. Things like you lose the weight then when you get off the meds it comes right back. I will continue to research getting off the meds and how to not allow the weight to return. Well it’s still a work in progress for me. I will not let this stop me or detour me. When I set my mind to something I will not stop at anything until my goal is reached. My concern now is not allowing this 10 pounds to return by getting off this medication right now.

Finding Vitality Health Matrix has been life-changing for me. For five years I dealt with a multitude of symptoms - night sweats, terrible sleep, mood swings, brain fog, inflammation, migraines, very heavy periods, painful bloating regardless of what I ate, and uncontrollable weight gain no matter what I tried.
