save your money, its not worth the drive!

All the workers are super fun and the food is amazing!!

$17 for a half full bowl of food. Portions seem to have been cut since the last time I was here. You also have to order from a kiosk now and it defaults to 18%. Why would I tip for now service? Pay your employees a living wage!

the blue dragon bowl i got was straight up shaved ice seasoned with blue food coloring. the fruit in this atrocity was genuinely nonexistent, i was told it had mango and pineapple yet it tasted like i was chewing gravel flavored with blue gatorade. i could recreate this exact bowl at a random kona ice truck at a cheaper price and it would STILL TASTE BETTER. not to mention the GREEDY portions!!! it was covered in like a pound of granola so my large sized bowl i ordered ended up being overtaken by the truckload of stale granola and a solid 3 blueberries that looked and tasted like they had been sat on. it took about five minutes for the bowl to melt into a radioactive sludge goop that looked like smurf vomit. moving on to the oily ahh steak wrap which had 2 paper thin strips of actual steak. the wrap was poorly made with like 90% rice that lovingly sprayed oil everywhere like an actual hose 😭. for 13 dollars i expected god himself to hand me this wrap, instead it took a good 25 minutes to prepare one wrap on a day with NO OTHER costumers. every time i would ring the bell it would take like 5 minutes for one to come out. i waited in the store for about 10 minutes to even GET SERVED. all in all, if you want gas station slurpee quality bowls, grease soaked wraps, and food that tastes like a foot, go here!! this restaraunt is basically Pure Green from temu and i suggest eating there or going somewhere that is actually healthy.

Anna was so kind and brightened my day. I was unsure of what bowl to order and decided on the Blue Bliss Bowl with her help. It was exactly how I wanted it and very delicious. Her customer service will definitely be the reason I come back again.

I ordered the power protein smoothie and it was very good. However, what stuck out was the service. Anna Palmer was the cashier who took my order and she was extraordinarily helpful when I was unsure of what to get, and flexible to the changes I requested in the smoothie.

Anna was so helpful! I requested a certain bowl and adjusted the toppings due to allergies and she was so helpful and kind about everything! Definitely one of my new favorite places. I would come back just for her service :)

I had a Pina colada smoothie and it was delicious! Anna was very knowledgeable and kind!

Riley is the best! I walked in an asked her to create my warrior bowl beautiful & she absolutely did that with a smile. So inviting! The service I received was wonderful I absolutely love vitality! I will continue to come to this location. 50 minutes from home!!

Hallie was a very helpful cashier in helping me decide on what I wanted to order for the day. She convinced me to try the power panini, which was a PHENOMENAL choice and it is definitely going to be one of my go-tos when I’m in the area. If I could rate this place a 6/5 stars I 100% would. I highly recommend that everyone pay a visit to experience the highest level of customer service, food, and just overall kindness from the staff.

My husband and I have been going to vitality bowls for years. He always gets their signature Vitality Bowl & I like to switch it up and never have I been disappointed. We also love how friendly the staff there is. Hallie does an outstanding job with customer service & we always enjoy seeing her smiling face :)

I always enjoy a great vitality bowl after working out or on the go! One of my favorite servers is Hallie. Always energetic and has a smile to share!

Man has this place gone down hill really fast. Use to be my go to spot a few times a week now I walk past it on my way to pure green! I don’t recognize anyone there anymore and the current staff is clueless on the product they sell. They do not provide any help because of the kiosk they urge you to use and the quality that I’m use to is no longer there. I don’t see this place lasting past the summer. Don’t waste your money here, there are much better options in town. Staff needs to spend less time writing fake reviews and more time providing better customer service!

Honestly, used to love this place, but it is losing my business very quickly. 2nd time now I have ordered a med. sized Vitality Bowl and have been disappointed. The bowl was half full, hardly any granola on top, and lastly maybe a few pieces of fruit. I don''t pay $16 to get half of my order. It's so frustrating because I can't leave work now to go get food again. For being right downtown on Main please DO BETTER!
