I visited this store “ Vape Culture “ during my stay in Larnaca and was genuinely impressed by both the service and the selection available. The range of products is extensive, with a wide variety of devices, accessories, and flavors to choose from, including many of the latest models.
What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen carefully, understand my preferences, and recommend products that suited my device and personal taste. It’s clear that they care about helping customers find the right option rather than simply making a sale.
Another pleasant surprise was the pricing. I found the prices to be very reasonable and, in many cases, lower than what I had seen elsewhere. Before visiting the store, I had purchased e-liquid from another local retailer and paid noticeably more for a similar product.
I also ended up upgrading my device, picking up additional cartridges, and trying several different flavors. As a nice touch, the owner and staff were incredibly generous and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.
Thank you to the owner and the whole team for the warm hospitality and excellent service. A truly memorable customer experience.
⭐️ Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional, well-stocked store with outstanding customer service.
