I met with Pari from day1, an exuberant and professional individual who represents her company very well. I am blown away with the service she and her team provided. Pari and her team have been outstanding to deal with, so quick to respond to my questions and implement ideas, and provide their own generous suggestions on what can be improved. Being a ‘tech dinosaur’ myself, I have relied heavily on their guidance and have been most grateful for their patience too! They have taken my small business and I under their wing and led me through some tricky spots. When I was looking out for a website developer and posted about my requirements, I had a number of individuals and companies who flooded me with messages explaining why they are the best at what they do. What stood out about the team at UWD was a concise message simply advising how they can take care of a clients reauirements. There was no desperation for securing a client but a passion to deliver solutions. Over the past few months of working with the team, I’ve admired their quality of looking at a client from a qualitative point of view rather than just another number. There have been instances where I was lazy and slow to do my bit of work however this was always reciprocated by prompt actions from the team at UWD.
Thank you team, for not only doing some wonderful work but also setting an example for people like me about how to deliver what’s promised. I’d blindly give you more than 5 stars if there was an option here. I look forward to working with you guys over the long term!
