Tyler’s employees installed 5 Mitsubishi split systems for me over the last 3 days. Every part of the job, from the initial contact with Tyler, the estimate with Mike, the scheduling with Terry in the office and the installation with Christopher, Karl, Ian, Paul and Summer was completed very professionally. Tyler employs very skilled technicians who also happen to be nice people. Several of my units had challenging installations and I was very pleased with all aspects of the job. If you need a split system installed, this is the company you should hire.

When looking for a mini-split system to be installed properly in our home, we found TZ Electric by viewing customer satisfaction results across several HVAC installers. TZ Electric was on top of the list. Now we know why. TZ Electric was easy to work with. Their salesman, Mike, was extremely responsive to our questions, even while on his vacation. The technician assigned to us was friendly and shared his vast experience with installing numerous similar units which was comforting. The unit was installed neatly and professionally. It looks great and feels wonderful. Prior to leaving, the technician made sure I could operate our new mini-split system and demonstrated all the WiFi controls. He told us he would not leave until all our questions were answered. Working with TZ Electric was an extremely positive experience. We are very pleased with our new Mitsubishi mini-split system!

This is the second time using TZ Electric and it was another excellent experience. They come on time (or in my case they called and told me they could come early), diagnosis the issue quickly and take the time to do the job right. Today, I had outdoor lighting that wasn't working and needed to be replaced. Jimmy replaced 9 lights and fixed all the lights in our stonewall even in the pouring rain. It looks great and I'm so excited to have working outdoor lights again! I would not hesitate to call TZ Electric for future needs.

We recently ( May, 2026), had a Mitsubishi split unit (A/C - 12, 000 BTUs, and Heat) installed by TZ Electric, from Catskill, NY, in our home. We could not be happier with the job that TZ Electric did: Sales, cost, timing, communication, installation -- all were A+. M., from Sales was just plain excellent: he is a great listener; he understood what product our home required, and that we needed it before the weather got very hot (because of a medical condition I have). C., ( I guess you'd call him a Field Tech), came out and installed the unit. Another really excellent person: knowledgeable, skilled, friendly; with really good communication skills. T.'s E-mail communications from TZ's office were very clear. Payment for the work done was easy. I understand that TZ's owner made sure this job got done properly and quickly, with great service. The Mitsubishi unit is very high quality. It is super quiet, and cools several large common rooms. If you need a split unit for your home, I'd say give TZ Electric a call. David Lilley Wassaic, NY

Highly recommend TZ Electric-everyone easy to work with. easy modern workflow however you prefer-phone, text and Docusign. Mitsubishi Diamond level contractor gives me peace of mind and 2 additional years on warranty (trust but verify).
