I called Trace after my home was on the market for 1 day. Moving from out of state I could not get to the property to see it and knew it would sell before I could make the trip down. Trace called me and offered to do a video call with me to see the entire neighborhood and home. He was the first one to view the home, many waiting behind him. The efficiency, respect, and willingness to make this happen was something I've experienced in buying a home. I can't thank him enough!

We were ridiculously fortunate to get Trace Walker as our real estate agent for the property we bought. He dedicated a lot of time to us and was absolutely instrumental in negotiating the best possible price. The man's knowledge of the real estate market in the greater Chattanooga area is outstanding. I've purchased and sold homes all over the country and he is without equivocation the best agent I've ever had or met.
Moreover, he's got contacts all over the metro area for people who can do work your new place might need. We had our hardwood floors redone professionally, and at a great price from a company he recommended. I whole heartedly recommend Trace for any and all real estate needs you might have.

Trace hands down, flat out is the reason I have my house that I love so much! He took the time to get to know me and understand what I was truly looking for so the second it hit the market he sent it over and we went to see it. From there he continuously helped me understand the process and answered my crazy questions. He made sure to communicate everything with me and his nose of confidence - whether it was with this house or the search in general - made me feel great the whole time. Highly recommend!!
