We have been using TVC Leisure for three months across all of the Southern Counties Taverns sites. The switch form our previous supplier to TVC went smoothly and all changes were completed in the agreed timeframe. The quality of the new equipment / machines has been excellent and the installation / support team have being quick to respond to questions / queries the house managers have had. All collections have been done in the agreed timescale and the collector has made contact with the managers and agreed dates and times for the collections to be carried out. I would highly recommend TVC Leisure to any persons looking at installing machines or considering changing to a new supplier. Colin Johnson

Had the beebox system and the interactive darts installed! And wow visually the darts is amazing - had some issues with our lighting and the board and Dan was on hand talking me through everything! All working and it’s sooo good! The beebox system is wicked - the music is basically a bonus - the games are amazing and fully interactive! The team at TVC are all fun, engaging and so helpful. 100% recommend

Highly recommended. We have used TVC for quiet a few years now for our gaming machines and ice machine. Friendly family business, professional and great customer service, normally come out to fix any faults same day or next day depending what time call is logged of course. Nothing is too much trouble.

Winnall Social Club in Winchester recently changed to TVC Leisure. Great team readily available to talk to with any issues. Juke box has gone down a storm with our customers. Up to date fruit machines. The TVC Team have been extremely helpful in switching us over and it has really enhanced our customers visit. Would highly recommend them.

It was a refreshing change to meet a Gaming Machine Supplier that took time to listen to my needs and deliver what they promised. They supply me with two gaming machines, a jukebox and a pool table. TVC Leisure are a family run business with a professional team that still manages to give a personal touch, which is very rare these days. I have used other suppliers in the past who have failed to deliver on their promise, specifically when there is an issue with a machine. TVC have an app that we can text to with any issues and they come out 99% of the time within 2-3 hours. The other percent is only when a late text is sent and the pub is about to close, then they are here first thing the following day. I’m extremely happy with the service TVC provide and would highly recommend them to others.
