We ordered food for our daughter’s birthday party on recommendation of our friends. Food was finger licking delicious and everyone loved it.. Packing was great and food was warm. I would definitely recommend Kamal. He is very humble and one of the nicest persons you will come across.
Chef Kamal has been our go-to for catering at all our events, and his food never disappoints! The quality and taste are always top-notch. He's also incredibly flexible and always willing to accommodate our specific needs and requests.
What an amazing Indian food . Totally transported us to Indian parties with delicious catering. Loved Gobhi / Cauliflower vegetable curry , Dal Makhani . Also Vegetable cutlet is a must try from his kitchen. In dessert , tried pineapple kesari bhath . Again it was finger licking delicious.
I just have one feedback to give on Panner Kadhai. That was good again but it seemed more like Paneer butter masala .
Chef Kamal makes some amazing dishes and caters to any occasion. His Indian food is one of the best in Cambridge. What stands out is not just the taste but the quality of the food. The ingredients used are of great quality and that is evident in the taste. He also offers a wide range of dishes. So you can never go wrong with Kamal's food.

Chef Kamal's food has been the find of my short time at Cambridge. The food strikes the perfect balance between wholesome homely flavours and the spicy kick that leaves you wanting more. The chilli chicken is the best I've had in Cambridge thus far, and the chicken Biryani, kothu and vada pav are fantastic. Chef Kamal's kitchen has been an excellent find that has greatly improved my experience in Cambridge. He is such a kind and lovely person and the food he makes is to die for! The vada pavs, biryani, chilli chicken, and other snacks are really amazing. The food maintains the fine balance between the wholesomeness of home cooked meals and the kick of delicious restaurant-style food. Having lived in Cambridge for many years, we longed for the restaurant fare of a good quality Indian restaurant back home. A couple of years ago, a family friend recommended Chef Kamal. We tried his Chicken Biryani to start with. Within the first few morsels, we were instantly transported back to India! The biryani was fresh, fragrant and absolutely delicious. We tried more dishes in the coming weeks. Not once did Chef disappoint. We've been regular customers ever since.
Like someone mentioned in their review, Chef Kamal is truly humble. A gem of a man, very friendly and accommodating. His passion for cooking great food comes through very clearly in the dishes he delivers week after week. Highly recommended!
Kamal is an amazing chef and specialises in Indian food cuisine. His food is authentic and well presented. My family loves few of his dishes like dal makhni, biryani and kale chaat. I strongly recommend his food to other Cambridge residents who crave for authentic Indian food.
