First service was great. On the follow-up service attempt, left 2 to 3 voicemails. On the fourth attempt, they finally responded, said I was out of warranty, even though when I contacted them initially, it was under warranty. Because the carpenter bees had returned. Did not respect the fact that the initial contact was made under warranty time. Would not recommend due to unprofessionalism, as a doctor myself, never seen nor exhibited such unprofessional by an organization.

Cannot recommend Trio more. We had a big aggressive hornet's nest in our yard. They came and removed it quickly for a very reasonable price.

Brad came exactly when Trio said he would. I had a hornet in a tree I needed removed. I didn't know it was there and had been stung 10 times the day before while mowing. Brad explained everything well and had the job done in no time at all. ThanksBtad
