Initially, everything seemed fine, and Edward was very professional in his communication. However, when I asked about their certification and how they operate, he mentioned that he was an “Enrolled Agent.” To verify this, I checked the official IRS website under his name and couldn’t find him listed. When I brought this up to Edward, he claimed that he was listed under a different name. To my surprise, I found a completely different person listed under that name, a CPA, not Edward at all. This situation felt very suspicious and unclear. When I pointed this out, I was suddenly blocked without any further explanation. I would be cautious when considering this company, as they initially mislead you about having certification, only to later reveal that it doesn’t exist.
