Just completed 1-1 course with Paul, can't recommend this enough, Paul has bundles of knowledge and I always leave with loads of new knowledge, as knowledge is key in this game. Paul goes above and beyond inside the course and outside the course. Thanks again to Paul at tile Boutique Thanks Dermot

Bought all my tiles for whole house here around 11 years ago and they were brilliant. Popped in today as re-doing a bathroom and the lady in there really couldn't be bothered to help me. 0 stars for customer services and 2 stars for the tiles. Sorry. Such as shame.

Following an extensive year-long construction project, our once beautiful light grey porcelain tiles and grout had become dirty and dull. I couldn't be happier with the outcome; my faith in our flooring choice has been completely reinstated, and it looks stunning again. Not only did Paul and his team work wonders on our floor, but they were also an absolute pleasure to have in our home and offered valuable advice on maintaining our floor's peak condition moving forward. Recently completed the stone & tile restoration at The Tile Boutique. Can't say enough good things about Paul and his team. The training was first class and well worth the course fee. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to get into the industry.

We visited the tile Boutique to take part in a tile and stone cleaning and restoration course and would just like to say thankyou to paul for his incredible training day, his training style is relaxed and methodical and not focused on one particular product enabling all who attend to offer our clients the best possible solution to thier specific stone care requirements, I would not hesitate to recommend this course to others and already have, we would also like to thank all staff at the tile Boutique for looking after us all day and creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

My husband and I just spent the day with Paul doing a hard floor cleaning and restoration course. Hands down this guy has to be the most knowledgeable and fairest person I have come across in this industry. From start to finish Paul showed us multiple demonstrations on different tiles, how to identify tiles, best chemical to use for restoration and tips he has learnt through his many years experience. I would imagine his customer service is second to none. Paul you honestly couldn't do enough for us, you have filled us with confidence and enthusiasm to move our business to the next level. Absolutely worth every penny and then some. Good luck with future training, and if anyone is looking a fantastic course where the trainers are not trying to up sell their own products this is it. We recently had our kitchen tiles done. Jim was great at keeping us up to date with when this would happen. Lee fitted our tiles and did a brilliant job of very high quality in exactly the time that was promised, we are so pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I travelled from Spain to attend a training course with Paul Cranney, as I had heard from colleagues in the industry that he is the best. I was not disappointed! The whole day was packed with demonstrations, information and practicals and Paul was happy to answer all the questions I had. Highly recommend this course for anyone starting in the hard flooring restoration industry.

Great service today from Jim. We visited to get some ideas for a bathroom project. Jim talked us through different options and there was no sales pressure which was nice. Will be back soon to place an order.

Highly recommended. The guys polished and finished our en-suite and main bathroom and brought our tiles back to like new. They also fixed the cracked tiles. They were polite and professional

We were faced with a very awkward but quite urgent job to refinish some dull and scratched granite kitchen tiles which were surrounded with wooden inlay. Paul came over and said he could restore the tiles to their former glory despite several other companies saying it couldn't be done.... not sure he was expecting to run in to quite as many problems as he did which involved masking and sanding wood to the same level as the tiles, removing parts of the kitchen and staying (very) late one night and coming back a couple more times to sort it out until he was happy with the result, all of which was above and beyond what we were expecting. We have had our fair share of trades persons at the house recently and none of them have gone the extra mile or were as considerate and determined to do a proper job as much as Paul and Tom did.

I would recommend the Tile Boutique without any hesitation. Their professionalism goes way beyond expectation and they go to any lengths to ensure they do the very best job. In my opinion, you would be hard pressed finding better service and care :-)

I'm not even entirely sure where to begin or how to thank Paul, Tom and Graham (I think 🙈) for all their work this week. If you don't want to read the essay then don't worry.. you don't need to hear our story for me to say that you'd be doing yourself one hell of a favour hiring these guys. Also, their prices are actually incredibly competitive and I couldn't have asked for better men to have in our home doing the work. Last week, I called Tile Boutique having spoken to FIVE other "specialists" who all said they wouldn't and couldn't do anything with the granite floor tiles in our kitchen. They needed some work anyway and the cowboy decorators dragged a hop up all over them and scratched them so badly it dented the wooden surrounds, it's not our house, we are renting so you can imagine the dread I was filled with thinking that we may have to replace the granite tiles. I spoke to Shelley who was lovely and reassuring and who is clearly very intuitive as she said something along the lines of "I can hear the panic and stress in your voice, don't worry, we will try and help" Around 10 minutes later, she called me back and said Paul was on his way! He came over, looked and said the wood made it difficult but that he'd been prepared and told not to tell me no or I would cry. Which was 100% true! I'd have lost it. On Monday, Paul and Tom arrived but what they didn't know and weren't prepared for was that they'd still be there at 10:30pm. The wooden surrounds were causing huge and unpredictable issues. They wouldn't leave and go home to their families, they didn't moan or ask anything of us. Tom didn't get home till midnight that night and he was back the next day at 8am sharp. Today was day 3 of the epic battle of the wood and again, neither Paul, Tom or Graham moaned once. In fact, all we heard was laughter and joking. 3 days and not once did they complain, give up, tell us its going to cost 3 times the amount or even stop smiling. I could see the frustration, they were really having everything thrown at them all at once in one single job. Not only have they completed the job and exceeded all expectations, they've made me want to go to the pub for a pint with them because they are so much fun to be around and such genuinely lovely, honest guys. On top of all that, Paul reduced me to tears and brought some joy to an otherwise emotionally and physically exhausting week (not caused by tiles! By other horrendous tradesmen and an extreme amount of bad luck) offering to step up and complete another job when others had let me down and when all I asked for was a quote so I could budget for it at a later date. He just about refused to let me decline his offer. We've been redoing the interior of a 4 bedroom house since July 4th from top to bottom and the current total stands at 11 other tradesmen/companies. Out of all those, I'd deal with 3 of them again, I'm taking 1 to court and the rest deserve to be closed down indefinitely. Out of the 3 I'd deal with again, Tile Boutique stands head and shoulders above the other 2. If you've got this far and you still don't know if you should use them, you don't deserve to have stone flooring in the first place 😜 Thank you Paul, Tom and Graham/George/Gonzo/Grant/Dave (🤷‍♀️ Personally I quite like Gonzo, I think that's what I'm going to call you from now on so prepare for it when you come for the tiling 🤣) I wish i could say more than just thank you, yoi are my heroes!!!!! LONG LIVE GONZO!

We have a stone floor in the kitchen and it looked so awful we were going to rip it up but we have underfloor heating and the cost was going to be huge. Someone suggested Paul at the Tile Boutique and when we said we wanted it all ripped up and replaced he said that wasn't necessary. They could strip the floor, fill the holes and repolish. Graham and Paul came today and wow the floor looks better than when it was installed as the guys then didn't polish it. The polish gives protection and it is going to look good for a long time. Paul also gave us tips on how to look after it. With Paul it's not all about money it's about doing the best job for the client. We now have a beautiful floor at a fraction of what some other contractors would have charged. I'm also happy to restore rather than replace as it's better for the planet.

We had to replace the shower in our en-suite bathroom as the old one was no longer compatible once our central heating was upgraded to a pressurised system. This meant hacking into the wall to re-plumb some of the water pipes, and this meant part of the wall then needed to be re-tiled. For what must have been one of Jim’s smallest jobs (we needed less than 1 square metre of tiles replaced!), Jim and his team were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process, and we got the impression that this is simply how he treats all his clients, regardless of the size or value of their project. Jim came to measure up the area to be re-tiled and then proceeded to research possible suppliers for the tiles. Having found a supplier he placed the order for us ... but a few days later informed us the tiles had been broken in the post as they were very poorly packaged. Not a problem, he spoke to the supplier and they promised to ship a new set ... several days later they arrived ... all 10 tiles had been broken again in the post! Needless to say Jim was very apologetic, and whatever he said to the distributor this second time obviously worked as the third time the tiles were delivered intact – in their very own box in the middle of a massive wooden pallet! The rest of the process went very smoothly and the tiles were fitted by Jim’s colleague Stuart in about half a day, and he left our en-suite as clean as he found it. Our whole experience with Tile Boutique was smooth and painless, and if you didn’t know where to look, you really wouldn’t know which tiles had been replaced in our en-suite. I’d highly recommend Tile Boutique to anyone looking for a professional, reputable and trustworthy tiling company.

If you're looking for quality tiles, excellent friendly efficient service, then the Tile Boutique is the only place to look. Having used them on several occasions for my clients and my own projects I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tiles.
